Room is spacious and services are good. The hotel provides a good discount on the buffet. Help desk is very attentive with the inquiry.

Location was wonderful, right in the heart of little India and easy access to MRT via Farrer park station as well as buses from Tai hoe hotel. City square mall is just opposite the property which has so many food options!

Amazing Hotel with Fantastic services. Located in centre of Singapore, easily accessible with metro and other local markets. Vegetarian buffet was yumm. Staff was very attentive. Our flight reached early so they provided the early check in. Overall perfect stay.

I was expecting the Novotel is a good International standard accommodation, but the room design, inside room facilities was worst , I stayed for 4 days , but the house keeping is worst , they were not cleaning room properly , even I called asking to send for room cleaning , no travel desk at lobby , no proper sitting in lobby , overall disappointed with hotel stay. Even they were not changing bed sheets every day.

The location is excellent , near Mustafa and Sarvana Bhavan . The rooms are spacious ( very spacious by Singapore standard) and neat and nicely maintained.

Hotel's location, food, amenities and services were all great. While there was so many eating options around the property, there were very delicious food options inside too

Location is excellent for Indians as veg food is available nearby. The rooms are fairly big and room service is very prompt. Very good for Business Travellers and also for Family. We were a group of eight and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the reception is very helpful. The complementary breakfast was also very good with a choice of Indian spread.

The hotel was good and room was very basic with no staff help to carry luggage in and out from the room. The provided bed was huge and comfortable .Further they had strict penalty structure and housekeeping charges which they tell while check-in . The breakfast spread was good with great Indian food . Will definitely consider it again in future. Thanks MMT was created such a nice booking platform .

We stayed at Novotel during our Singapore trip, and it turned out to be a great choice for Indian travellers. The hotel is located in the Little area, with Mustafa Centre (open 24 hours) just a short walk away. The neighbourhood also offers plenty of Indian restaurants, making it easy to enjoy a variety of familiar food options. The staff were courteous and very hospitable, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. The pricing felt a bit on the higher side compared to the room size and facilities, but given that hotels in Singapore are generally expensive, it’s quite reasonable overall

Location was very good, great access to MRT Farrer station, food was ok, room were quite small considering the price I paid, it was expensive. Plus the staff was not very cooperative, i requested a knife for cutting a mango, went to the kitchen, but was denied.

Good location and big size, clean well maintained rooms. Overall highly recommended for Indians wanting to stay in Little India.

Rooms: Booked Two rooms. 4 adults (Superior room with 2 Single beds . One of the rooms was upgraded to a double bed.) Room view: 1st room Facing Hotel pool. 2nd room City view room ( Better).Room was on the 11th floor Location: Perfect for the Indian travellers. Across the road is Farrer Park MRT. 2 Mins walk to Shopping centre and Little India and Indian restaurants. Food : Stay included Breakfast. Nice spread of Indian dishes with fresh fruits and yogurts. Perfect for vegetarians/Jains and Vegans also. Amenities: Bathroom Amenities like dental kits ,Shaving kit, shower cap and dryer provided. Hand soap, Shower gel with Shampoo and conditioner in the Bathroom. Drinking water is from the tap provided near the wash basin. No bottled water provided. Fridge, Iron and Iron board in the room. Ice box provided. Ice dispensing machine in the hallway. Kettel in the room with tea and coffee sachets. Housekeeping: Rooms were clean but require a little more oversight. Services: Concierge service available to assist in baggage storage. ( FOC) . Requested to have a complimentary cake for my parents anniversary. Hotel provided a complimentary Pastry piece. ( Small but still a good gesture considering Singapore) . BIGGEST PRO: Rooms sizes are amazing. Biggest as compared to other hotels in Singapore.
