Park Avenue Rochester

Well maintained and upto date rooms. Though room size can be a bit bigger. Easily approached using MRT .

The hotel was very close to mart that connected to most of the tourist attractions which made life very easy. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely cooperative and smiling while assisting in any need.

Location is in a quiet area with lots of restaurants within 5 mins walking distance. It's a safe neighborhood where it felt fine to be strolling late into the night. Rooms are clean and in good condition, though small with not much space left around the bed. However i was traveling solo for a business trip and it was comfortable for me. There wasn't any sound at all from the hallways or adjacent rooms & allowed for good relaxing sleep.

Conjusted rooms and no space at all even to keep travel bag.

Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the stay. Rooms are not small but not too big. Comfortable bed and pretty decent size bathroom. Didnt try the breakfast but i heard that’s also decent. Very close to metro station and bus stand. Nearby mall has alot of eating options including an indian restaurant as well.

It was a classy hotel, beautiful interiors, comfortable and location is very near to malls and mrt. Staff is polite and hospitable

Over all stay was very good.

The property provides great views of ntu campus, jtc one-north area and it has an open space right across the giving unobstructed view. The restaurant food is simple amazing with very polite and friendly staff.

I was wit my sir. A good place to stay on in singapore.

Near to mrt, star mall and nus. General service is good. Ceiling and bed frame are required to paint and repair it.

Park avenue rochester is very nice property located close to nus campus, very near to intersection of green & orange mart line. Lot of food options around the hotel.

Need refurbishing considering it is a 4 star & the cost they charge

Pretty bad. Room cleaning not done each day inspite of switching the clean room indication on. Staff at reception not very courteous.

Hotel team is inconsiderate. There was an issue with booking due which i charged twice for the same room on same night. Even approached mmt for same, but couldn't get any help. Will not stay there again n will try to book through other service providers in future like i did over last 1 week at singapore. This time had a poor experience with mmt. Not very happy with response received from mmt regarding the refund for hotel stay at park avenue rochester
