No cleaning will be done if your stay is below 6-7 days. Lift does not work properly. They instantly charge for even one hour late checkout without understanding the problem. no physical key was given on the first day, no person was available at the hotel to open my room in the morning when I had gone out for breakfast, had to wait for 30mins at the lobby

The rooms are extremely tiny moreover there us no human being to communicate so if one is not very techno savvy its very difficult and what they fint tell you us bo house keeping even if you are there gor a week. There vending machine is a money eating machine that never returns the balance. For any request we have the only response is we will get back to you.so overall terrible experience

The only good thing about this place was its location — and that's about it. It's a self check-in hotel,check in process takes lot of your time and for every small issue, we had to go down to speak with someone online. The rooms are quite small, and there's no staff readily available on-site in case of any problems. There’s a serious lack of security and maintenance. The air conditioning in both the rooms and the lobby wasn't working, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, I had a terrible experience and would not recommend it.

It was a fabulous experience the location the cleanliness the support all at top level .. all the restaurants and shopping is walkable and very good place for family and friends as well

No one is there at the reception.There's no room service over there.I don't seem to be able to call the make my trip . MakeMyTrip told us to check in at 2:00 pm, while they gave us check-in at 3:00 pm.

Stay was good, the property is located ideally for quick access to major destinations and public transport. The only issue is the unavailability of drinking water and the size of the room are too small.

They are very specific about checkin timings and if stay is booked for more than 7 days housekeeping service is complimentary if requested it will be charged. Apart from these two cons rest all are good. Good part Indian breakfast is available in walkable distance.

I had a short stay in this hotel for a day. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a budget friendly stay in singapore. The place is close to little india mart station, walking distance from mustafa centre and bugis street with a lot of indian food options around.

The hotel premises are pleasant, clean, and comfortable with good ambience. Housekeeping services, though contact less, are severed timely clean of room, lining, providing required toiletries. The food provided for breakfast is of indian taste and awesome. Provided the add-on facility of free kitchen and laundry washing area makes the tourist more comfortable and homely there. Thanks for the polite hospitality and the facilities.

I love this hotel, it's in little india nearby many restaurants, shops and more importantly mart station is very close to this proximity. Self check in and quick response to my call. A totally safe and good place to stay with your family.
