The hotel's location is super convenient for MTR and bus services, and the staff were really friendly and helpful to us

Hotel does not have any kind of facility. Even does have kitchen, blanket, no extra tea bag, sugar etc. To make the tea even on payment. Does not have fastade box in case of any medical emergency. Zero support from staff. Lot of amenities mentioned on your booking memo but nothing is on the ground. Overall terribal.

Location fantastic room ac not working and the staff there refuse to pay heed they don’t give spare towels housekeeping my wakes you up from sleep at eight am to clean

Small room without windows but good ac. No adequate lights. Locker not functioning. For some safety reasons, no hot water kettle, so no tea coffee. Water not served, need to buy one! all this is not properly informed before booking the room so all these surprises!

Very near to bras bash mart station, rooms small in size other wise all good, reception staff very helpful.

Oxford hotel is located at very good area with brass barah metro station and queens road bus connectivity, at just 200 meter distance , also bugis steet market and bugis mall is also very nearby.about hotel I found lack of cleanelyness a bit, also there was not water bottle supply as complimentary , also drinking water Or tap is not available at house restaurant was also not operational. these things was very disappointed .otherwise staff was courteous and helpful.

The rooms were very small according to our expectations.

Location was good in terms of transport communication and eating joints. Rooms were a bit small and compact. W could not get twin sharing beds instead two men had to share a double bed which was bit discomforting.

Me and my partner saw several times this tiny cockroaches under the drawer, trash bins and sometimes on our bed, although the housekeeping always tidy up our room but still get this unexpected guest. Hoping for our next trip it will more improve. Thank you

The photos shown on MMT and the rooms in real are very different. Also, they don't provide you with even a single bottle of water. Staff at the hotel was neither friendly nor helpful. Not a 3-star hotel as stated on MMT.
