The hotel was very prominent and close to the business areas of Singapore but the rooms were small and the bathrooms were very confused, hardly a person could move around in the bathroom. The room also does not have a cupboard/wardrobe. The breakfast waa average and had no options in Indian Breakfast.

Convenient location near three MRT stations, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was decent on the first day but disappointing the next, with limited options and poor labeling. Staff seemed unsure about basic food details being served. Rooms were extremely cramped, with awkward layouts—especially the washbasin right at the entrance. Fine for a quick overnight stay before a flight, but not ideal for anything longer. Unlikely to return

The Mercure Icon City Hotel is located at Prime location, it is walking distance to La Pa Sat, Shri Mariamman Temple, Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and China Town. Accessible to metro station near by. Hotel staff is very professional and helpful. Hotel is very clean. Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel location was excellent. Very close to chinatown and mart station. The hawkers market is also nearby. The room size is small but all modern amenities was there

Excellent location, super breakfast spread. Rooms are a little smaller, but manageable considering great location.

Overall, the best location, super clean, and friendly staff. The only cons would be that the rooms and bathrooms were simply too compact. The room service and housekeeping were slow and could have been better. But the location was everything as it was close to both telok ayer and chinatown mrts, it saved us a lot of time. . The location of the hotel and cleanliness of the rooms were great. Singapore is a walkable city and very well connected via mrts, therefore, this hotel was really close to the blue and purple line metros that helped us go around singapore easily and saved us a lot of money and time.

Stay was great. Centrally located which saved lot of travel time. Room are compact but sufficient for 3-4 night stay. Service staff was very polite and helpful.

Generally rooms in singapore are small. This time the room was not as clean. Too much crowd during breakfast time

The air conditioning was not cooling well enough. The front door to the room wasn't soundproofed at all and soundproofing in general was bad so i kept getting woken up through the night. One morning from 6 am there was continuous loud noise from the housecleaning in the next room so was unable to sleep

On our second day, the hotel didn't have water the entire morning. The staff was unhelpful. When we raised concerns and asked for compensation for the inconvenience caused, petri asked us to leave the hotel and find a different accommodation.

Hotel amenities, services and location were very good. We were 3 people in a room and the room was very congested for 3. Apart form this everything was good.

It's a brand new hotel with very small rooms and even smaller toilets. One can barely turn in the washroom, but it's 200 mtrs walking to maxwell train station and in a good location. Indian temple & chinese bud-ha relic temple is 50 mtrs. Buffet breakfast is ok. Gym again is very very all. Nice pool.

Very small rooms, hardly any space inside the washroom. It is a business hotel no space to even open one big bag in the room. This hotel is just a month old but the materials used are cheap so it looks outdated. Lobby is good, elevator won’t make you wait, location is excellent

The hotel is new, therefore it’s still finding its feet. Checking in took us quite a while. Room was quite ordinary like a budget ibis, cramped space and bathrooms. The location it self is great, very accessible to a lot of great places. However at the prices they are charging it is not at all value for money. It is okay for maybe small business travel.
