I had an experience in staying with admiral plaza hotel but the second day the landline was not working I informed the receptionist multiple times but still they did not fix the issue, so every time I have to go down and call the receptionist for any problems. Daily I have to go and ask for the water bottle then they will send it after 1 hour. Check-out day they did not provide the water bottle by telling the reason we will not provide water bottle during check-out day.
