My recent stay at the hotel was excellent, and the service was outstanding. A huge thank you to Su from the restaurant staff—she was an absolute star! She was so kind and attentive, always making sure we were taken care of. Her warmth and professionalism made our dining experiences truly special. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

It was a great day. We enjoyed the room size. The service was good. The food was great. Overall I didn't expected to be that good, but it came out to be better than expected.

Rooms were given early and were very comfortable.Staff were good . Breakfast was good with good personal service

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Anantara Dubai Downtown Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The property is beautifully maintained, and the rooms and bathrooms are impressively spacious. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the lobby is breathtaking, and the complimentary shuttle service to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa is a thoughtful convenience. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly helpful, hospitable, and courteous at every step. Whether it was the front desk, coffee shop, or room service, their warm and attentive approach made our stay even more special. We requested an early check-in, and it was arranged seamlessly. The breakfast spread was lavish, with plenty of Indian options and freshly prepared dishes on request. The coffee selection was outstanding. From start to finish, the hospitality at Anantara exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Dubai!

It was a wonderful stay. The location is in the heart of dubai, close to all major tourist attractions. Food is yum! there is lots of indian dishes served at its restaurant. Anantara spa was wholesome experience.

Hotel cashier ran behind us with card machine in the hotel porch in our taxi for an extra bed payment that had already been made on our end. Just shows the sheer pressure the staff is from hotel finance.
