Royal Central Hotel The Palm

1) Hotel is bit away from city limelight and only book if you are looking to relax on beach. 2) Indian food options are rare. 3) Pool staff are some rude and some are really helpful.

It was an amazing experience, the stay was very comfortable and luxurious. The infinity pool was amazing.

The hotel stay was great overall, with a beautiful sea view, kind staff, and a thoughtful birthday cake surprise. However, check-in was frustrating — the guy receptionist refused my digital ID and offered no help or empathy and all i heared from his was sorry just sorry. Thankfully, a supportive agent from MakeMyTrip resolved the issue. As someone in customer service, I believe empathy and going the extra mile are just as important as following policy.

Excellent location, which bang along with beach. Very good room sea view and neat linens and clean wash rooms. Only out side in balcony there are lot of pigeon’s which needs to be maintained. Breakfast was amazing spread. We loved the overall stay and hospitality of staff is also very good.

All was good and perfect. There is no complain regarding anything. Good property and neat and clean.

It is good experience staying here at royal central hotel, amenities and location are excellent their pool is nearby the beach, food is excellent also, highly recommended for a stay with the family.

It was a staycation celebrating friends bday, upon arrival front desk wished however no bday amenities from hotels end sent. Luckily another friend arranged cake which even the staff saw maybe that’s why didn’t bother to send cake 🤣 Overall no attention to details which being from Hospitality is a big 👎🏽went upto Choi restaurant for some drinks, not a single staff came to take order even through there were hardly 2-3 tables with guests and they saw us walk out and still didn’t bother asking. saving grace was Gideon in Concierge, Chaimaa at front desk- super friendly gem at front desk and Kevin! He upgraded us and gave late check out. Pool and beach access defo a + but over operations staff need more training. Team at breakfast was super quick in clearance. Overall pretty good hotel but being at the Palm you expect more.

The hotel was very nice. The food was a bit pricey and i feel this charged at this amount due to there not being much else there as its on the edge of the palm. That said it is a clean well maintained hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The services are really good and all staff of the hotel is helping nature

Had an amazing time at this hotel; great location though food options could be better as veg options are not that great but the hotel had been very accommodating. We had the sea view room where it looked absolutely amazing, overall had a pleasant stay and would return again.

Chef took extra effort and offered food of our choice. The office at reception with indian origin was exceptionally helpful even to the point he took us to show the room.

Very poor experience and i booked 3 rooms for 7 person and every room in deferent floor, also i was waiting for the rooms to be ready and we wait more than 45 mints and that was at 5:00 pm
