C Central Resort The Palm

Location was perfect with hotel having a beach access. Rooms were tastefully done and plus point was the balcony facing the sea. Breakfast spread was ultimate. Overall a great stay.

The room Good size hotel not that big the fire alaram started working from 7 am for 1 hour approx the room not high level

Requested for a higher room with good view, which the hotel provided although we got a sea view room alongwith a building construction view as well, but it felt as if they gave the room which required servicing. All the doors in the room were making sounds when opened or closed, which was very irritating. Also, the glasses in the highball glasses in the room were not clean and had a bad smell. The hair drier in the bathroom felt as if it was never cleaned from the front part. Although the location, breakfast, pool and the staff were good but the negative experience was the room which was not well maintained. The management should look into making their rooms up to date because that is one the main factor to create guest experience. Room no. 801 Thank you.

The hotel is located in the end of palm jumeirah, it has a good view with the sea view. And a private beach. Pool and a nice bar counter is available. Wallet parking is there. The only concern is that i felt its overpriced. For one night and day we paid aed 1000 which is much more than the facilities provided. The premium room is small. There is no bath tub which i felt is a must for a premium room. Jacuzzi doesnot have hot water by default, we have to wait for long timeto run the hot water. The hotel room is not spacious. Breakfast options were good. Bed is comfortable. It is near to the atlantis and the atlantis royal. Room service is ok. The rooftop bar is empty no one was there.

We enjoyed every single moment specially the food it was 10 stars and the people in the kitchen was so gentle and up to the best pool was clean and we enjoyed room service was great overall it was perfect time for the family

This is first time we face a problem in ac. Then they changed the room in late night need to be check before giving the room

We booked 4 rooms in this hotel in august 2024. Negative: 1. We asked for late check out for 1 room where my old parents where staying. They said till 2pm they can stay. At 1:45pm, they switched off the electricity and a/c for the room whilst my parents where sleeping! 2. The room was small 3. You have to pay extra just to have the sea view. 4. Breakfast spread was big, but too plain and common foods for the mains 5. The housekeeping crew does not have a smile on their faces when we asked for toiletries for my kids to use. Seems like they are not happy with their jobs 6. Jacuzzi has a nice view but cant use because it was super crowded 7. The pool is small to accommodate a lot of guests. Which makes it dirty fast. Positive: 1. The bellboy whose name i forgot but i believe his name starts in a, was super nice and helpful. 2. The washroom next to the reception was amazing as it was aesthetically beautiful.

Staffs were good and well mannered. House keeping was good. Nice sea view. Room was cleaned properly. Kids play zone is ok. But to improve

bad experience really we can hear the construction running. the swimming pool and beach is only 7pm they don't even stating in the rules property. how can we go to pool early in the morning such a hot weather😤. the mini fridge is not working also the smart tv. we're so disappointing. we can't even sleep well because of the noise of the construction.never again

It was very bad poor experience with this hotel. Staff are not friendly. Room amenities was not there we had to call and ask for brush n shops. In the breakfast miss ishan from restaurant host so rude. Because of her i had to wake up my daughter from the sleep my daughter was sleeping-in the room. She didn't even allow me to take some pan cake for her to the room. Staff behaviour was so bad. Lunch in the bar restaurant we order mixed grill it was so bad test not cooked well. I don't think it's a 5star hotel. It's apartment

Very good experience. Really enjoyed with the family. Swimming pool is very good and the pool bar also. Restaurant is very affordable and food is very tasty

Overall good, we like the place but pool time was till 07 pm, i thought in summer it should till 9 pm
