it's an excellent property with good architecture, but service levels can be much improved. Amenities in the rooms were not in line with the five star hotel standard. you need to ask even for a shaving kit or dental kit. Breakfast is average, not great. Their Indian restaurant food is below average. German Restaurant and Monkey Bar service and food was good. Must try draft beer at their Beer Garden.

The location is amazing, the entertainment are amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the decorations are fantastic from time and historical. But we need more options in breakfast menu

Sofa bed is mentioned while booking the property but upon check in the room is small and without any sofa

It was a pleasure experience in the hotel. It is an antique, romantic hotel for couples. Very much good for new couples. I prefer not for joint families. Services are lavish, the restaurant tandoori tin a is also good, on duty managers santosh and nova they are way nice to the customers as well if you face any issues.

I reached around 2:30 but didnt got room till 3:10, although i know checkin time was 3 but generally 30 minutes arent that early. Also the bathroom is very below the standard according to the room. Room size is good, flush handle was bad and almost non functional. Taking a shower in a bathtub is always risky so will prefer to not book any hotel with a bathtub from now on.

Wonderful hotel and courteous and responsive staff. Amazing location. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool.

Best part about the hotel was the location. Located right outside the dubai world trade centre! well kept rooms. Nice staff.

Excellent service, good location

My experience with make my trip was the worst ever.

The breakfast options are limited but the food is delicious. Our room was small, but I am impressed with the unique interior designs. I was a little disappointed though that there’s no bathtub in our room and there’s no privacy in the shower. The swimming pool was good and with a good view of Museum of the Future and Sheikh Zayed Road. They have several areas where you can chill, relax and work. The lounge chairs with a trolley of books that were put in front of the lifts are a bit off for me though. It would have nice if these were put it in a quiet place where guests could sit back, relax and read a book. You get distracted with the coming and going of people when it’s right there in front of the lift unless it was put there for design purposes 😊 Overall, the hotel experience was good.
