Great service close to corniche

Location was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. View from window was amazing. I just loved the property. Staff were helpful. Ease of getting taxis.

Average for the 5 star hotel. Room was good, f&b staff was extremely friendly and professional during b’fast time, while the receptionist at the time of check in was not so welcoming. Booked a room with bf however when received a confirmation it mentioned a twin bed. As i was traveling with my wife and 2 year old baby i immediately called the hotel directly and requested if we could have a king bed. The lady on the other side of the phone informed that she will leave remarks and will provide a king size bed if available at the time of arrival. Upon our arrival the fa insisted that the travel agent requested to provide a twin bed, we explained that after creating the reservation we called the property directly and requested for a king size bed. We were provided the requested room eventually. As a person with a hospitality background i believe that the front office agents are the face of the company and first expression does matter to the guests. Though i appreciate the agent who checked us out for making it prompt

I really like the stay, they upgraded me with the suit room but the view is not as expected. Rooms are very well maintained, quick and good service. Our breakfast was not really impressive for what i paid. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Good location of the hotel, smooth check-in. The room was ok. However, the housekeeping seems to be in a rush while cleaning up the room. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and not stocked up. The breakfast buffet was decent.

Hotel doesn't really have the standards of a 5 stars. Some floors are smoking floors, and we initially got assigned a room in a smoking floor while we have a baby! we had to insist so they switch us. The restaurant is tiny and congested every morning and food variety is small. Finally the rooms are a bit old and the furniture is below the standards of a 5* hotel. Also, the mandatory valet service is annoying, guests can't have access to the parking

Terrible service! we honestly had a family emergency and was willing to provide evidence but they did not consider our request to cancel or even to give us credit for future use
