Ramada Abu Dhabi Downtown

Property location is great, breakfast was not good for vegetarian options, rooms were dim lit and carpet was old

It was a great stay. The room itself was clean, and it was located in a convenient place with markets, shopping centres near by. The breakfast was really good too. 10/10 will be back for future Abu Dhabi trips.

Ramada Downtown was clean, convenient and cost effective stay in Abu Dhabi. The location is accessible and it's super easy to get around all touristy activities in the city. Bonus points for the great breakfast spread

I recently stayed at Ramada Downtown and overall, I wasn’t very happy with the experience. While the room was decent enough for a one-night stay, I wouldn’t consider it for a longer visit. The main issue was the bathroom hygiene — it definitely needs more attention and a thorough cleaning. The hotel does have good access to shops, restaurants, and other attractions in the area, which is a plus. However, the rooms and especially the bathrooms could use some updating and better maintenance.

Rooms are luxurious. Gym was also well equipped. Good room ambience. Staff is very supportive and helpful.

Location good, food of good variety. But premises is old, rooms needs renovation carpets need deep cleaning as stains are there, on the corridors as well

The hotel staff was not very courteous or helpful, and the service was poor. The rooms were well-maintained but the lobby and reception were extremely disappointing

Good stay, staff was courteous. The first room given to us had a bad odour, however on calling the reception about it, they immediately changed the room which shows that they prioritise the customer’s satisfaction.

The stay was very comfortable and cozy. Clean room with swift service.
