Property location - 9/10 Amenities - 8/10. Room - 5/10 . The washroom facilities are not upto the standard of a 4star plus hotel .poor drainage . Staff and service -9/10

2 sea views room were simply awesome. It had everything one needs. Guest service us of top class. Though Indian food menu is small you can order food from outside. Breakfast buffet is simply 👍

Awesome experience staying at Crowne Plaza. Right from Breakfast options, quality of rooms, swimming pool and other amenities everything was top notch. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for stay on Yas Island

Our room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and felt like a true retreat. ​The amenities were top-notch; the swimming pool area was a major highlight, perfect for kids. We especially appreciated the effortless beach access, making it easy to enjoy the coastline. ​Finally, the breakfast was outstanding, featuring delicious food and plenty of variety. Overall, an exceptional experience that we would highly recommend!

Good property with spacious room. The property has options of apartment which were generous and spacious. Staff courteous and well behaved.

excellent hospitality right from th3 moment you entered. Met Mr Bashir at the checking desk and he was the most humble person to have been met thr. we booked 2 rooms there with twin beds he was smart and acknowledged our requirement of a king bed in place of our twin beds and upgraded 1 room to king bed. also the view from the rooms given was sea view pool view and had a golf course . excellent food at Jing Asia, whr we met Ms Thu Thu and she helped us download the app for additional discounts for our dinner.. you have the best with you... stay strong and keep up the good work all of you.

The air con in the room did not work. We had to call the reception in the midnight to get it repaired.

The rooms are nice but the overall experience was pretty average. They clean rooms only once a day even if you request them to make your bed, they won’t. Other basic things like ear swabs etc are not available. Food is also pretty basic and overpriced for the quality.

The room given was not up to the mark

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and theme parks on Yas Island. The room was neat. The breakfast buffet had a good spread with a few Indian vegetarian options. The Indian options were average in taste though. An area of improvement to call out was that the breakfast buffet area got crowded and guests were served at the ballroom buffet extension which had reduced options and below average service

Amazing sea view rooms located in heart of abu dhabi ( yeas island ) free shuttle bus service to the tourist attraction such as ferrari world, warn-er bros, sea world and yeas mall. Overall very comfortable stay.
