The staff were welcoming, the room was clean, and the location is good, the main issue was the parking, paid parking and if you come late you will not find a slot to park, otherwise good for the rate i paid.

I love everything about this Al Ain Palace Hotel. If the rates are within my budget it’s always my choice. Mr. Ameer he’s always friendly and all the staff is so nice.
