Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah

While the property is very nice and location is great. I was bothered by staff multiple times by ringing bell when I specifically selected DND.

Our stay at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah was truly fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the experience lived up to its five-star rating. The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and offering a breathtaking view of the beach, which added a special touch to our stay. The hotel’s ambiance is incredibly relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights was the pool area. It's beautifully designed and remains open until 10 PM, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy it in the evening. The kids club was another great feature. It offered a variety of fun and engaging activities for children, which kept our little one entertained beyond just swimming. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from—something to satisfy every taste. The staff throughout the hotel were very accommodating and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The only minor downside was the slow check-in process, likely due to the holiday crowd. However, the reception staff handled it well and remained professional and welcoming throughout. Overall, we had a memorable and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah for families or anyone looking for a true luxury getaway in Dubai.

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5. The experience right from the check in was just amazing. There was a dedicated check in counter for kids where they get complementary ice cream voucher and also a kids passport guddies. The room was spacious and the views mesmerising. The kids club was brilliant and swimming pools were lavish. We would definitely come here again.

Everything except service was good. The service is too slow. There is no communication between back office & reception.
