Stayed for 3 days in a Burj view room, the pleasure of watching the Burj light up from your bed and the Orange Hue of the skyscrapers as the Sun come up is enchanting. From our room we could even get a miniature view of the fountain show at the Burj. It's spotlessly clean and the staff is at your service 24x7. Classic Shangri-La experience.

The food was awesome and location is very nice. Close to Dubai mall. Must try 42nd floor for swimming and view with English tea available from checked in counter with very low cost.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms and bathroom are very spacious. Given Burj view on 32 floor. An amazing view from the room. We were given a complimentary cake as it was my wife’s birthday. Breakfast was great too.

Hote location was close to most tourist attractions. Hotel staff and facilities were keeping up to the standard of shangrila-la. They even gave us an upgrade knowing I was travelling with kids. I enjoyed my stay with my family. Morning buffet culd have been improved.

The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are spacious and I got Burj Khalifa view from the room which is an awesome man made spectacle. I was there on business trip and was visiting trade center everyday and location of the hotel was convenient in that regard. I liked the pool and Jacuzzi as well. All in all, a good stay.

Staff was very impressive, courteous and energetic. On 31st December at the peak hours with so much rush still we noticed they did not let down even a single guest in terms of expectancy be it table arrangement to food to mannerism. Most important was that all of them greeted each guest with a genuine smile. We had a great time.
