Free parking was a huge relief. The dining area had perfect ambiance for our morning coffee. Would definitely return here again.

rooms were ok..but water supply cuts for 1hr in the morning. breakfast was not good. location was good.

pathetic experience, no one will come for cleaning, no press in the room, we ourselves checked in and checked out. please don't go in this hotel.

Very Poor hospitality. No body at the reception and housekeeping picks the call. Even there is no water supply in the Morning. When called the reception and housekeeping to clean the room, they started ignoring the calls. I have raised the issue with MMT team also but nothing happened. Highly recommended not to stay here.

Very old rooms and key was not working even I go to reception two or three times to replace it , heater was not working

There was absolutely no service — no one answered calls from housekeeping, reception, or room service. Laundry and room cleaning were not done daily, and it took me physically going down 23 floors to the reception to get any response. I even had to change my room because the first one had a terrible odor. For the price and rating, I expected at least basic hospitality and maintenance. Sadly, this stay was far below expectations and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or well-managed place.

Services were poor. During nights of stay only once room cleaning happened. Hotel Staff doesn’t answers the phone. Neither they address your concerns. Poor Show.

Worst Service Ever they don't clean rooms everyday you have to ask for towels at the reception even after that you won't get fresh towels everyday

No housekeeping facility, geysers don’t work. No one answers the calls. They don’t change towels, don’t refill drinking water. Poor service.

We didn’t get our rooms on time, and to make matters worse, they allotted our room to someone else—unbelievable! The rooms were extremely dirty, and no one responded to our calls from the room, whether for housekeeping or reception. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location—everything else was a letdown.

This is the worst hotel one can expect in all aspects anyone can imagine. It took them more than 3 hrs for the checkin process. After that they took 1 hr to send my luggage in room. I need iron which they didn’t send at all. I called up thrice for water bottle. There is hardly any staff for assistance. I have no worda for Morning breakfast buffet, I could only eat bread and butter and coffee. The staff was opening bread packets in front of the guests and arranging; butter was out of stock for almost half n hr. Room hygiene was worst, no one cared to change dirty bed sheets even once during my 4 nights stay. And worst of all, during check out after almost 45 minutes of waiting I was not given hard copy of the bill because their printer was not working. The staff clicked a picture of the bill from a phone and that’s it.

The conditions were the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. My room was unclean, with old and worn-out furniture and floors that were visibly dirty. The bathroom lacked basic amenities like towels, and there was no room cleaning service available. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I was forced to check out after only one night, despite having booked and paid for two. I expect a full refund for the unused night. I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this matte
