Palette Phoenix Hotel

At the time of check in I was told that my booking has been transferred to some other hotel which was 15 minutes drive away from the hotel so it cost me extra for a lowest budget room and I was even charged for drinking water bottle.

Worst place to stay , location very crowded, corridors smell very bad, staff are not helpful at all , room is not clean, towels are dirty and very old, shower is leaking , the room door didn’t open with the card they have to use a key to open it

The room weren't properly clean and poor customer service, fridge isn't working, no towels and dirt under the bed

There were so many options for food nearby, but the area seems very local, 10min walk frm metro, it seems like a old setup, the room was neat and clean, the bathroom was small but neat.

Very bad experience with this property. Bed mattress and chairs look like a third class and buy from second hand shop material. Room condition was very miserable.

This hotel is so clean although the room was small. It is located in a busy city area where you can find everything like the restaurants, shops, mall, mosque and metro. Exceeded my expectation.

Good stay, hotel located inside the main road. Restaurant are available near to the hotel. Only parking is the issue, there is no allocated parking for hotel gust need to drop the vehicle at the nearest pay parking area, and difficult to find the hotel. Very cooperative hotel team

Service is good, property is not 3 star expecting, room, bathroom other amenities are looking old and not keeping clean, balcony area is too much dust and birds waste

They provide me only 2 water bottles during the stay. After that 4 days i'll pay for water bottle but the rule is 2 water bottle daily after cleaning
