No hygiene maintained Very old property with very old equipment No hot water

I booked this room 28 th to 29 November. Upon arrival receptionist said I was the last minute booking customer @ around 8 pm Dubai time , and so I had to wait even after the only one person who was in the queue was cleared. the receptionist was simply talking to his colleagues and made me wait half n hour. After check in I asked for drinking water calling the same receptionist.. there was no bell boy or house keeping staffs here. After repeated calls the receptionist simply ner attended to me.. later I went down n requested when he sent a guy with water at 11 pm. I also complained the TV remote was not there.. they never gave ear to this.. today morning again the same thing happened when I asked for a kettle in the room from 6 am to 11 am.. even they did not provide dental kit or shaving kit.. when walked down n complained the receptionist started shouting at me..I also saw other Customers facing same issues.. later one cleaning staff came and told us that there were only 2 receptionists and 4 cleaning staffs in this hotel and 1 cleaning staff had to look over 20 rooms and there was a total of 80 rooms.... it’s located in a dirty unclean area.. no cleaning.. the bed linen was stinky..even the bed frames everything is fibre.. but the hotel is full ..we don’t know why?

Palette Phoenix Hotel granted late checkout which couples on vacation appreciate. No rush to leave and enjoyed lazy morning together. Hallways monitored by staff who were present but not intrusive to our privacy.

Arranged surprise with Palette Phoenix Hotel staff who executed flawlessly. Champagne chilled and roses fresh when we arrived. Appreciated how staff coordinated without spoiling surprise while maintaining security protocols.

It's the worst hotel of Dubai. 1. When I reached the checking counter, there was no one to attend. They all had gone for lunch together. 2. They charged me 40 Dirham extra in the name of daily cleaning. This is on and above the tourism tax. o other hotel charges seperate cleaning charge. 3. They don't give you water bottles unless you call them 10 times. They clearly avoid givin. 4. The property looks bad. Old, run down. 6. No staff to offer services. 7. If you press them for required services, they make fun by passing comments. Never never stay in this Hotel.

check in procedure very worst..the reception guy and security very rude..not worth for money..no proper water facility and guidance from management was not good..highly recommend to not visit the hotel..stay safe

Excellent stay . It's been a great stay in Dubai. Very near access to Metro and Market place. The ambiance was very exciting and lovely. I really loved it.

4 day stay. old building. jammed bathroom doors. creaky toilet seat covers. incorrect bathroom slope causes water accumulation. only recommended if u get a good price and have work in that area otherwise not.

worst stay.. wouldnt even rate 1star. no bottle of water. no towel. irresponsive staff. better to stay on road instead of staying there. bed bugs. please do not visit. you would get better option for that value of money. stay away.

It was osm room staff was very nice i liked the way check in was smooth and very clean room and affordable also

Terrible stay at hotel.....no room cleaning.... Bathroom tap used to flow Yellow colour water...... hotel takes cleaning fees....but no one comes for cleaning....will not recommend any one for this hotel.....1 star only for the location....many options for food and snacks outside hotel.....
