The room was very neat and clean, We also liked the facilities there. It is value for money. The staff's behavior was good. We really liked the facilities there. We went there after we paid in full through Make My Trip, but they charged us 25 dirhams more and I don't understand why. I didn't ask why, but I thought it would be nice to know. I didn't bother to ask because the facilities there satisfied me.

Great Palette Phoenix Hotel at this price point. Location is good, near to metro station. The Palette Phoenix Hotel was very clean and tidy. The only issue was the lack of service from the housekeeping. The service was very slow. Otherwise the Palette Phoenix Hotel staff was quite good. People can consider it for a short stay or for transit.
