Regent Palace Hotel - Bur Dubai

Location is Very Good Next to Burjuman Metro Food is good and too many Food Options in Burjuman mall (in front) and also in backside of Hotel.

No daily cleaning. Simple say sorry sir forgot. Next day towel forgot. Third day forgot to refill liquid soap. Same again fourth day. Burnt iron.

My stay was excellent. Location was very ideal for Metro & outside Food amenities. Staff was very cooperative & helpful. Room was big in size & room service was prompt. Breakfast was great with variety of tasty Indian dishes.

Location : Very near to Burjman metro station (3 min walk from Exit gate 2) . so if u are going to explore Dubai in your own by local transport, this is the hotel u should book. super markets, Pure veg restaurants like My Govinda, Gwalia, Mumbai Chaska etc are in next lane. within 5 min walk. Jain food is also available in these restaurants. Room Amenities : Adequate as per 3 star hotel. staff behaviour : extremely helpful. At arrival, we were badly surprised as MMT reservation wasn't informed to hotel. Still Mr. Dinesh (Front office Manager) and his colleague helped us by giving the room first and then contacting MMT to regularise their internal communication. Mr. Dinesh helped us with local info about restaurants etc. I still remember his words " if my parents would have faced such bad surprise, how do they hv expected help ??" he supported us just like our son in bad surprise. God bless him. Rooms ; Quite clean, housekeeping is very prompt and supportive. They attended our requests within 5 Minutes everytime. Last but not least : Price offered by MMT was the best for what we got. for sure, Hotel Regent palace is our place for next dubai trip

the stay was perfect, at the heart of Dubai. lived it. it was busy, the city was lively, and I could easily access everything

Service is not good , half equipments in gym not working and pool was under maintenance. Rude staff and jot welcoming at all!

The property is so accessible. Nearby affordable restaurants and mall. Although the hotel is old still they maintain the cleanliness. We just didn't got the chance to use the pool as it's under maintenance. Looking forward to go back and try the pool area.

Just opposite burjuman mall and all other places.. very convenient area .. and about the hotel, it’s simply the best, best view (just ask for city view) clean and neat bathroom and bed, with safe vault, everyday serving milk pods, tea sachets, coffee , sugar , cleaning , great staff very polite … book it without a second thought .. rating 10/10

I personally like the property very much. It is located very near to burjuman metro station so very easy for conveyance. Rooms are super spacious and equivalent to any 5 star hotel. I had breakfast all days and it was also very good. Although their are bar cafe inside hotel but hardly we get any sound in rooms. All type of market is very near to the hotels. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Further if i will go to dubai , i will choose this hotel my first preference.

Only location is good, as its in front of burjuman mall. Food and amenities not great. The hotel is old and worn with slow and sometimes non-working internet. There are leakages in bathroom and plumbing was really smelly. The ACs to be kept either on fully chilled mode or switched off. OVERALL VERY POOR HOTEL

The location was perfect, so close to metro line. Also the breakfast was excellent and the chef was Indian so the food wss lit. Room facilities were also excellent.
