There was no water/hot water, the day we reached and they said there is some repair work going on. After paying such hefty amount, we don’t expect not to get the basic thing

Stay is good but for vegetarian food options is too less and near by restaurant is not available and for jain food too many problems

Too much good & view, I like it, good staff and service

The rooms, the location, the food amd the staff everything is very nice. I enjoyed relaxing in the pool.

The hotel is good but the rest room place is very small as for even lesser cost the other hotels in the same place had better living space & provinces for the cost of which we have paid.

We had a great experience with aloft as to accomodation and relaxation. Average for their buffet breakfast and dinner. All staffs are nice. Thank you!

Stay was homely & good, breakfast area was quite lively. Reception staff was extremely supportive specially wissam & sergai very cooperative. Conceirge staff othman extremely humble.

Everything was superb

I couldn't sleep. Because the ac was not working properly. It might be because of hot and humid climate of dubai, not sure about it. But i couldn't sleep

First, we really appreciate the staff giving us a room with a very nice view. Room size is average and what really makes this special is the view from the balcony. We were also surprised by the baby-moon cake that they gave to us. Going through extra mile touched our hearts. Food during dinner and breakfastnare average. However, there is no elevator from parking area.

Veey nice location. Good view from all rooms. Good swimming pool. Excelent breakfast. Late check out allowed at no extra cost. Bus suttle service availabe free.

It was an amazing stay, had a great beach view from a room. The pool was clean and the staff was cooperative.

Best experience, enjoyed there private beach. Only problem they give rooms of their choice. Further no indian option in the breakfast.

Great location excellent staff, lady at the desk during breakfast was kind enough to arrange complimentary cake for birthday girl cleanliness pool beach facilities were outstanding it truly value for money stay!

Mind-blowing room. When we visited at that time rain going on. Excellent view of Burj Al Arab from our balcony.
