Hotel is so hyiengnic. Staff was so humble and supportive.. over all a very good stay with this hotel and hotel location is also awsome

The room was clean, tidy, bed is very big. Bathroom and washroom are very clean. I really like to stay on this hotel

Room had smell and house keeping was done once in 4 days. Location has too much traffic. Reception reminded me 3 times for check out in morning. Parking in hotel is conjusted

That property was so good and staff is also good

Overall staff is nice and hotel is not bad it was great stay there and price was good too but sometimes price goes crazy higher

This is my first time im staying in this hotel. It was very nice and pleasant stay. Check in experience was really good. I didn't remember the name of the lady she check me in. I know she is from Philippines. Very smooth and professional check in.. Room was very spacious and well cleaned. Amenities and all was well arranged. I will suggest to all my friends and colluge without any doubt. Such a nice stay😍

Excellent location. Great facilities and service levels for a business traveller. Breakfast was good not the best of variety for veg. Spread, but one of the waiters volunteered to get a customised Poha for us, just so that we could feel at home! Will never forget this gesture. Well done, and will return for sure.

We stayed in 3 rooms as a family. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were large, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was good, but since we stayed for 4 nights, we thought it could have done with more variety. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel if you wish to stay in Al Barsha area. Connectivity is good, as the Mall of Emirates metro station is only a 5-7 minutes walk away. Taxis are available right outside the hotel, as well as grocery stores and restaurants.

Pros: 1. Very close to Mall of Emirates 2. Spacious rooms, 3. All basic amenities, 4. Courteous staff 5. All things close nearby. Cons: 1. Average breakfast 2. Swimming pool, gym, very average 3. No views around 4. Fussy about check-in, check out time. Maybe hotel was fully booked and that the reason.

The hotel has excellent location and located 5 minutes from Emirates Mall. With all things available at short notice, it was a good stay. Good basic functional hotel. Good spacious rooms. Gym and swimming pool are average.

Hotel was peaceful with good relaxing ambience. Quite a few restaurants Around and close to mall of the Emirates

Excellent room cleanliness, good amenities, breakfast excellent which should not avoid while booking, very good staff at reception and house keeping, private car parking, easy check-in and check-out. Hotel at good location with all kind of needs at surrounding etc.

(1)Reception and the whole staff is very professional and decent with their services. (2)Food is also quite good. (3)The swimming pool is a bit small than expected. (4)Sauna and Steam setup is great. Must try. (5)Rooms were great. Spacious. Neat and tidy. Loved it. (6)Manager was very professional too. I forgot some stuff and went back to fetch the same. He showed genuine concern and was quite humble to manage to find my belongings back.

Very nice location, good food, very helpful staff, everything was good except the construction noises in that area
