It was amazing service and good staff every thing finsh fast as possible and they care about ther guest too much

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was not comfortable at all as the AC was not cooling properly. In this hot Dubai summer, the cooling was extremely slow, which made the stay unpleasant. I expected better maintenance and service from a hotel of this level.

Such a worst management

we did a last minute booking. the room were quite clean. I would have expected it to be little more premium.but it met my requirement

We stay at City Seasons every time we visit Dubai. The location is great as it is almost inside Burjuman Mall. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are great except for one thing this time. The AC was not working well enough. I had to change my room but even the new room was not cooling like it should. I understand it’s peak summer but since the hotel is all glass they should improve their air conditioning for the conditions. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the metro, which made getting around very easy. The staff were nice, polite, and professional. My room was clean, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice

I had a very disappointing experience at City Seasons Hotel, Bur Dubai. There were several issues during my stay. First, the front desk staff lacked courtesy and professionalism. I requested an iron and a tissue box, but despite following up multiple times, they were only delivered the next day, and this happened more than once. On a positive note, the bellboy was very polite and helpful. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of its location, which is convenient with many restaurants nearby and easy access to main roads. Unfortunately, I booked the hotel for 13 days in advance and couldn’t cancel without losing money, otherwise, I would have preferred to move elsewhere. I stayed only because I had no choice.

Great ambiance, clean rooms. I liked the place

We were not allowed to early checkin it was terrible to sit in the lobby as we had night flight and we waited from morning 6 am to 11:30 am in the lobby for the room

The location is absolutely perfect, especially for first-time visitors or those traveling for business or shopping. Being right next to BurJuman Mall means you have easy access to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and even a Carrefour supermarket—all within a few minutes’ walk. The BurJuman Metro Station, which serves both the red and green lines, is practically at the doorstep. The hotel had an in-house restaurant that offered a decent breakfast buffet with a mix of continental, Middle Eastern, and Asian options. While the variety was good enough for a few days’ stay, it could feel repetitive if you're staying longer. What really made the food experience excellent, though, was the surrounding area. The room was modern, clean, and quite spacious. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and blackout curtains, which ensured a good night’s sleep despite being in a busy area. The air conditioning worked well, which is crucial in Dubai’s heat. Wi-Fi was fast and stable—great for both work and streaming. Housekeeping was excellent—timely, thorough, and very respectful. The entire property was kept neat and hygienic. Staff across the board—from reception to security to room service—were polite, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
