Superb location and services

Our stay turned out great with this property as its location is awesome and is well connected via trams and metro. Again the property itself is great with all the facilities easy access to international cruisine. We had breakfast inclusive stay. It had a great breskfast buffet and we could all order food swiftly. It was like a second home or home away from home.

We had a great trip in dubai, the Ramada Hotel and Suites by Wyndham JBR staff at ramada jrb was very approachable and friendly and helpful. We enjoyed all 5 nights stay, they have very nice meal spread.

Location is accessible and only 5mins walk from Tram Metro. Place is good and receptionist is very accomodating. They upgrade my room also, since it's my birthday.

House keeping service not upto mark

House keeping was very poor service, have to call 2-3 times for any service. Breakfast was v good no issue in that. Stay was good and all v clean
