great stay with comfortable rooms and dining experience. it is a good Hotel for families travelling with kids.

We had a truly delightful stay at the Grand Hyatt Dubai on the weekend of 4th and 5th October. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to the detail made us feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained with all the amenities one could ask for. The view from the window of Burj Khalifa was simply stunning, especially in the evening. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread—it had an amazing variety of dishes catering to every taste, with great service and fresh options throughout. The pool area and the overall property have a wonderful mix of luxury and calmness, making it perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Special mention to the staff at the reception and restaurant—they were courteous, attentive, and always ready with a warm smile. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely love to return on our next trip to Dubai!

Poor experience...sheer lack of coordination and mismanagement of MMT .booking cancelled by hotel...and MMT was not aware of it....as a tourist my whole trip got wasted and mood spoiled due to this mismanagement...

The stay was wonderful, but they need to improve the breakfast quality, especially Indian menu. Every day, we had the same menu. Because the hotel is too big, expect zero staff to take care of you during breakfast. However room was perfect

The property is the best in Dubai closer the Airport and the Rooms are Royal . The breakfast could be much better as had to try the same menu for the second day . Rest was great and enjoyed the best stay
