Aparthotel Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan

Stay was really comfortable they upgraded my room to 1bhk it waa really nice and clean

We were staying for one night during f1 and our experience was terrible. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. The standing shower in the master bedroom was not draining. I realized midway through my bath. All the water leaked into the bathroom making the whole floor wet and soapy. The drain was completely clogged. The wash basin was also getting clogged. The wardrobes were stuck. Someone did come to fix it. He tried for a while but we let him go because we were there for one night and didnt need it and were getting late. We called for towels since there was only one towel give per bedroom. They ended up coming after almost an hour. I had called the reception in the morning to ask for a late checkout which they denied understandably as the hotel was full due to the f1 weekend. But in a span of 20 mins (1 hour before checkout) i received 2 calls reminding me to check out. My friend had gone down to the salon and on the way back, she was reminded again by the hotel reception that 12 pm is checkout. This is after 2 calls that we got in the morning. We get that you want people to check out on time. But this is just completely unnecessary. The whole experience was unsatisfactory and i would not recommend this property to people unless they dont have any other option.

We waited for almost for 2hrs coz the room it’s not available yet. They have a long queuing due to holiday, however it’s worth the wait. The room was amazing.

We stay there with my family and room are really nice and parking are easy. The best part of our stay is how the staff treated us. They are very friendly and accommodating i can say will definitely recommend adagio aparthotel abu dhabi al bustan.

Because is my birthday and i have quest but security he said we compln. We not compln we check in on towel no anything to no hair dry but we brought any nextime aware that thank you. December 23 and 2022 my booking there my family for christmas party but is this same

Staying in adagio is always an extraordinary experience. It simply brings comfort and you wouldn't even feel that you are staying in a hotel as it feels like a very homey place.
