.washrooms were not clean .rooms were dark ..no proper lights .switches were old ..we are afraid to use them .room service was very slow .. moreover..they skipped our room cleaning on the first day..which was hectic

The rooms were good, staff helpful.. The hotel was stingy and did not provide toiletries. The coffee capsules were probably home made and very bad . Breakfast buffet was good

Excellent Location, few minutes walk from Dubai mall and Burj. Spacious rooms, great breakfast spread and Indian dishes too.

Was good and the and services and staff is very helping and location is the +ponit which is just beside of Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa

The service was quite good but the room decor was nothing thinking it as five star hotel. Looked more like a 3 star since the carpet was not well maintained and even furniture was old.

It’s a nice place and near to Dubai Mall. Everything very close to this hotel. Nice swimming pool. Satisfied

Apart from the location nothing about this run down property is worth writing. Special mention about the guy at the check in desk Edricks who doesn't know how to behave and in fact thinks that he's above the management team. The apartment I stayed in badly needs renovation and maintenance. The bathroom was so slippery that I fell down and injured myself after a shower.

We stayed in Swiss hotel during May ,25. The hotel is nicely located near Dubai mall and other attractions. I found the rooms a bit outdated and average in terms of decor. The breakfast spread was just fine and the taste was average, too. Room services were quick, and the staff was very cordial and helpful.

Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent hotel booking I made through your platform for my stay in Dubai. Upon checking into the hotel, I was shocked to find that the condition of the room was far below acceptable standards. The room was stinking and unhygienic, and the overall environment of the hotel was completely different from what was shown in the pictures and videos on your app. It was a very unpleasant experience and certainly not what I expected from a reputed platform like MakeMyTrip. Due to the poor condition and misrepresentation, I had no choice but to check out within an hour or two of checking in. I had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute, which caused me considerable inconvenience and additional expense. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I sincerely request you to look into this matter and initiate a full refund for the booking at the earliest. The hotel stinks and room are pretty old condition

Very nice apartment in a great location. Rooms were very clean and everyone were super helpful. Definitely recommend.

it was nice well clean room,nice breakfast. cosy room for family stay. We stayed for 3 nights, hotel was very accommodating, with luggage storage as well.

Receptionist as well as room service team was not responding on time. Very slow in terms of response.

Services at property were very poor. Microwave and fridge were not working and even after requesting them to fix them, they were not able to do that. Property location and breakfast was good. Overall stay was average. However will not stay in this property again due to the services provided by the staff.

Hospitality and service was good and food is really great but the hotel is really old and outdated. It’s under maintenance for over 5-6 months now. The gym and 2 restaurants are being renovated. The executive lounge 14th floor was not operational as it was under maintenance. Buffet breakfast is served in pergolas which is really cramped, seating is limited. We had booked the swiss executive room with lounge access and the room is really old. Heard from other guests that all rooms are old and need maintenance. Our room safe didn’t work even after the staff tried for 6 days. The washbasin and bathtub gave us problems throughout our stay.

Stayed with family for 7 nights in a bhk apartment. Excellent property and services. Liked the stay. Memorable holiday with family.

The property is old and needs maintenance food options for breakfast needs an upgrade swimming pool is not kept as clean approach to hotel and apartment is quite haywire overall satisfactory but not value for money and would request if it is made more affordable going forward thanks

I had booked hotel in dubai swissotel al murooj from 14 october to 17 october 2024 2 rooms two bedroom apartment was booked by mistake. We required only 1 room two bedroom apartment. For cancel-ling 1 room i spoke to the hotel, they said cancellation of 1 room can only be done, it is usually received once stay of guests is complete. I requested the hotel to please do the needful this will facilitate save lot of money. I spoke to many persons well in time so that it could be canceled but nobody responded to my requests. Now my trip is over and i don’t know weather i will get the refund or not.
