The hotel service is very bad we can not contact with the hotel with their given number, we tried to contact them through whatsapp number which was given in make my trip application but if we want to text them or call them they are offline. Very bad customer service

Room was neat. Good housekeeping. Friendly staffs. Easily accessible to all facilities. Metro station nearby etc.

Breakfast is not up to the mark. Not recommended for family. Full party mode till morning 4:00 am. You can't rest properly

The location is good and staff are friendly.

The tv was not working. And the cleaning is also not good in the washroom.

I was disappointed with my stay. The loud music went on until 4 AM, making it hard to sleep and unsuitable for families or business travelers. The carpets in the rooms were dirty, and there was only one elevator working, which meant long waits. There was also a bad smell in the lobby. On the positive side, the hotel is close to the metro station, but overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Disappointing stay i recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The most significant issue was the noise at night, which made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The lobby also had a persistent bad smell that was off-putting upon arrival. This hotel is not a suitable choice for families or business travelers looking for a comfortable and professional environment. The only redeeming feature was its convenient location near the metro, making it easy to access the city. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Cleanliness and the way they talk to guest needs little more attention. It would be nice to treat them well politey

Door locking system is bad, rest of the things are good & smoothly done

Spacious room affordable price, nice staff good service, we stayed her for 10 days, near to saldhin metro station, bathroom is good, only one lift is working
