I stay 1 night this hotal all staff are very helpful room cleaning is good but I share one think every think is ok but tv is not good I am not expert tv is like this

1000time I want to say .in dubai 100%time very bad 👎 bad 1000000 time bad hotel I have so many pictures of Cockroaches I swear very bad and there is Basement parking so bad ..they staff are so bad 👎 ...in dubai I see 1st time this hotel very bad staff

Room size is very good but cleanliness is not great faciliteis very outadated.

Location food and amenities around are excellent. Room service is good food around hotels are excellent

The checkin was smooth and the reception was helpful. Service was okish. The phone in the room was not working properly and they weren’t able to fix it despite complaining about it. Had to nudge them to refill toiletries daily as well which ideally should have been done by themselves during room cleaning.

This is my second stay at city stay grand. The property is not flashy but service is very good, rooms are clean, staff is polite and the location is excellent. Overall i am very satisfied with my stay here and will return

Out booking is 2pm and we arrived 2:30pm yet the room is note yet ready. We waited 10mins for the room to be ready. Bad experience!

Very bad experience and room condition is very bad. Then bathroom ceiling water leakage every time i can’t explain my stay going very badly.

Staff behavior not good. They behave wrong. They don't how to treat customers
