One Night Stay
Hotel Property is in good place and location easy to access and exit. Needs more marketing to attract more foreign tourists. Professional staff couldn't do enough to make sure that my stay will be comfortable. Hotel is near to road so you can avoid crowd from cars. Overall experience was good. I saw and red a lot of reviews from tripadvisor my room was exceptionally clean without any fail.

We stayed there for 3 nights ,our reservation done through booking.com. Telephonic conversation we had with them were very professional, check in was also smooth but no smiling faces! And there was no one to bring the luggage to our room. When we reached the room we found the sheets were stained and bath room were not cleaned, requested for room shift and they have done it. Over all the services was average.

Staffs are efficient on your needs. They even sent me directly to my room even I do not have heavy things with me. The reception guy himself sent my delivery to my room, and asked if I need anything else. Checking in and out of the hotel is very easy.

The worst service in Reception or Front Office
I was there for a night having Jet lag, I was book by an agent to request early check in ; The charged more than the price of room + 1 Extra Person or Bed, No Bed available so,friend of mine sleep in the floor with blanket.
Tomorrow in the morning i was asking for refund so, we can make short time they said they cant i was handling by the Reception it was a guy who can take the initial answer and when the ladies is shout loud to us like we are thief because she said we can't refunded, we just fine also the Housekeeping ask to us to put the Extra Bed and we said fine
When i was arrive none of Bed ready for us which is we paid already and the worst thing they give us the room shouldn't for us , the room was designated for PWD and the room was too bad smelling ammonia chemical the floor of Bathroom is worst the wardrobe was old full of mark, No bathrobe
This is not 4* Hotel and i haven't no idea who give this title
You should investigate this issue to Ahmed and Sabrina as they have poor service to us, while you find out the fact

We had the opportunity to stay at the Saffron Boutique Hotel this week and were very disappointed. The hotel is older and very outdated in décor. Areas were quite unclean and there was some very much needed TLC. Our room was not the cleanest and again the décor was quite out dated. Having said that we can handle outdated - what we had difficulty with was how dirty the curtains were, How the bathroom tiles were dirty - especially the grout area - mold???. We did not open the curtains because the windows were so filthy that you could not see out of them. They have not been cleaned for quite some time. We sat at a window in the restaurant when we went for breakfast and again the window was not clean. Food had been spilled on it and had not been cleaned off of it. It was hard and crusty so it had been there for quite some time. Plants in the hallways were dying and it was not pleasing to the eye.
HOWEVER, the saving grace was the hotel staff. They were very warm in welcoming us and gracious in every way. Perhaps the hotel owners need to invest some money and effort to make this building aesthetically pleasing.
We did not use the facilities in the hotel so cannot comment on them.
