The front desk team was very helpful. I had a great stay on it.Overall the hotel is pretty good with clean rooms.

Premier Inn Dubai Investments Park is a solid choice for travelers who want clean, comfortable accommodation with good service, and don’t mind being a bit further from the hustle of central Dubai. Just 4-5 mins walk near metro station. Best to travel for Dubai Marina, Yatch ride, bus to Abu Dhabi. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The beds offer good support, the air-conditioning works well, and the ambience is relaxing. The reception,housekeeping, and other staff members were polite, courteous, and responsive. Any request was attended to promptly. I would definitely recommend it for business travelers, families, or anyone looking for good value.

Location is good . But morning time traffic in front of hotel because of the metro station nearby but can be ignored. Ample parking but open not covered. Restaurant and costa coffee inside the hotel. Staff and reception friendly and hassle free check in. Indian restaurant and Lulu HYPERMARKET nearby. Petrol bunk nearby. Easy access to E611, E311 and E11 . All major dubai malls at 20 min distance. Rooms were clean and daily cleaning was good. They could have kept some toothbrush paste etc but that was ok for me . Overall I rate good

I spent a couple of days here, and while my stay was generally pleasant, the reception staffs could benefit from better training in customer interaction. There were moments when they came across as rude, which can really dampen the experience, even after an enjoyable stay. Additionally, the room service left much to be desired, but I have to commend the bar services; their bar, Tod’s, provided an exceptional experience.

Very comfortable stay. Bed is comfortable and got a good nights stay. Since we were out the whole day, we did not use the other services of the hotel.

I stay here regularly and its good. The pub has new iniatives which is good. food is good, service is good.

I stayed here for almost 8 days during my Dubai trip. The rooms are very clean and well maintained . The staffs were friendly and very quick in addressing any needs. One feedback would be to proactively provide the toiletries everyday without we asking for it . Or may be as I had prebooked so keep everything at 1 go for the days of stay
