The hotel experience was decent. Beds were comfortable. AC was not cooling as much. But overall stay was decent

Dirty washroom and insects in the room. Poor experience. The room size was good but the insects scared me while night.

2 minutes walking distance from Al-Rigga metro station. Hotel staffs are very friendly always ready to assist even in mid night.

Room was neat and clean staff were very friendly restaurant are very near to the property n supermarket also metro station was very near overall its good to stay here with family n friends during the dubai trip

Hotel location is really good specially the manager itself is very accomodating he see us waiting in the lobby and he help us check in to our room fast coz when we reach room is not yet ready the room is nice spacious but the bathroom when we check its dirty its like someone didnt clean no toiletries no towel the shower is rusty the soap are open this make us dissappointed please make sure to clean the rooms

Building is old as the room outdated tv no channels. No water to drink inside the room etc. The room is a bit smelly also. You can hear the noise from bar and outside.

Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help. We will definitely come back again next time. The location is fabulous.

Very dirty room with clouded mirror and stained wash basin. Freely moving cockroaches and mosquitoes. Stingy carpets only advantage is close to metro

I was made a booking for 2days but i cannot stay there in 2days because the hotel is under renovation all the noises from the worker outside i can here inside the room, they only have one towel, the blanket smells it used and not change at all

Room was messy and it was stinking bathroom do not had proper water supply and taps were not in working condition staff were not available room service did not provided towel for one full day

From the beginning, staffs are rude, i'm carrying 3 bags, nobody there to help me, when i went with my wife, they are charged 100aed, wife and my flights are different so i came, my wife arrived later in the evening, i shown out flights tickets still they don't listen

room r dirty …bathroom are dirty …no daily cleaning .. no breakfast overall dont ho this hotel waste of money
