Smart checking in with spacious reception. Room was well neatly furnished with all essential items . A big & fresh spread in breakfast with awesome service. Great stay & will try again in future.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout my visit, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed.

Room size was very small. Cleanliness was not upto the mark. We had booked for twin bed and they gave us single queen bed. Because of them we had to face lot of problems.

A very warm welcome on arrival, very helpful staff. Rooms are a very good size and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. There is a supermarket very close by. A fantastic location to get to the Mall of Emirates, head out of the hotel to your right, walk to the end, turn left, it is right infront of you. Promenade walk is stunning, lots of high end shops. Breakfast has a good selection. Would recommend this hotel.

It was decent stay but, I was getting some wired smell, maybe the chemical they use to clean the room or something else no idea but it was Bad, and it will be great if they provide pair of slippers. Who likes to go washroom barefoot? No one right, rest everything eas good

The stay was super comfortable, the staff was very helpful and kind. Easy check in and easy check out. They helped with everything I needed. They were also very vigilant. I felt safe there. Thanks!

Very poor service. When we entered the room there was no toiletries arranged before our arrival, No Iron machine, No Moisturizer.

The location is very near to the metro station (Mall of Emirates Metro) and is walkable. Best part, no one mentioned it, 1. There is a small food joint Tasty Grill Spot restaurant, just outside the hotel and they serve amazing food (Indian & other cuisine) at a very reasonable price. I will want to stay again at this pace just for this food joint. 2. Carrefouruae just outside the hotel doors . I cannot state more how important it is to have this infront of your hotel. Ibis in itself is a nice hotel and cannot complain. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread was good (not many Indian options though)

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Just a quick tip for future guests: make sure to ask at reception whether you’re getting a smoking or non-smoking room, depending on your preference. Also, I’d recommend checking that slippers are provided in the room for added comfort. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily come back!
