Check in was easy and fast, but the room was very small. The TV remote doesn't work properly, the chiller is not cold enough, no disposable footwear. While checking out they made me wait because they wanted to check the room we used, it's okay but it's the first time I had that experience.

It was an awesome trip to Dubai. During the stay we feel comfortable and peaceful. The food provided by them was delicious. The only thing we demanded for a higher floor and I got the 3rd floor but the view was blocked by the next building otherwise everything was fine.

The bed mattress was broken and they didnt want to either change it or change the room all the night strangers are coming to hit the door then they find out its the wrong door

Average hotel with good location, decent rooms. The only drawback is that this hotel has 3 clubs- so of you are staying in first floor, be prepared to sleep with music blaring in your ears coming from the ground floor. Breakfast was below average, staff is okay.

Very poor customer service at this hotel. I had stayed here for 10 days but at the previous day of my checkout i wanted to take out my luggage but the guy name karan who is areceptionist there had very harsh and bad argument with me to not letting me go inside my room for just 10 mins to take out my luggage with one of my friend. I was paying for 2 persons but i was staying alone then also this guy has issue with me to take my friend for just 10 mins. He wanted us to deal with the police and all directly. I wasn't paying this much money in hotel to get this world class horrible service and rude behavior from this receptionist. Hope management look in to this issue very seriously and hire experienced vell educated customer service. I would not recommend my friends and family to stay in this hotel with this very unprofessional staff.

Location is very good. But service and reception staff is very arrogant. I feel like they are doing favour on us. And lot of restrictions the staff is imposing while asking simple services. Breakfast is below average no options for healthy breakfast. All the junk food they are serving for breakfast also not cooking well. In room they are not providing soaps and other essentials upon asking they are giving like they are doing favour. Plus getting taxi from this location is quite difficult.
