The hotel location is very good and it is two minutes walking distance from Union Metro and bus station. But there is lot of noise due to disturbance by three night clubs in panorama hotel: and it work upto 3 am and create problems to rooms stay customers like us.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this pannaroma hotel. Upon arrival, i was informed that i needed to pay aed 50 for the hotel tourist and tax charges, which was expected. However, an additional aed 40 in hidden charges was imposed, which was never disclosed during the booking process. When i questioned this, the reception staff rudely responded. The service was equally unsatisfactory. The reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, refusing to provide even a basic water bottle in the room. Additionally, my stay was severely disrupted due to loud noise from the nightclub within the hotel, making it nearly impossible to sleep at night. Overall, this experience was not worth the money i paid. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unbearable noise levels made my stay frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay.

Food i didn’t order because it’s too much expensive location is good because near by we have metro facilities is average there is no slippers in washroom

The worst hotel i experienced in dubai, but maybe its worth booking for there price, i guess hotels will not be like this. Especially in there ac unit, we understand that it will be centralized but it doesn’t mean to turn it off anytime, we did not get enough sleep because they are putting it off everytime.

While checkin the property will ask you more money which was not mentioned in your voucher from MMT, they collected 250 aed extra from me, this not only happened to me, please check the the other reviews you can find the same experience for all, and no proper response from MMT customer service team also in this issue, So please stay away from booking this property and go for better property which is available for the same price

Bad facelift. Extra charge for clearing

I paid extra 150 dirhams room also not clean i have been in uae since 2020 first time i face such a bad experience

Hotel is at a good location, especially very close to metro. It becomes very easy to roam around city through metro.

our room was specious. we love the stay this is our 3rd time.. this time we got good specious room. but they are not providing any complementary items like there is no kettle,no complementary things for making a tea . not even proving a tea bag.. and also we cannot use our mobile charger..! if we want to charge there we need a socket (adapter) and we also need to pay 10 AED deposit for that... also they are charging extra 30 AED . 10aed for tourism tax it's fine all the hotels are charging it but they are charging 20 AED for cleaning 😳 I can't understand that... otherwise all ok.

It was pay at the hotel with two people occupancy however hotel charged my card entire amount at the time of booking and they charged me for one more person. It was misleading because of upfront payment and two people occupancy room could not be used for two people was ultimate response from the hotel.

It was good experience staying at hotel panorama deira dubai. Over all as per the budget this hotel meets normal standards

Excellent location, very comfortable rooms. Good food at the restaurant & very helpful and efficient staff.

Stay was ok. The room was very small especially washroom is too small. Tv have only few channels even that not showing properly, full grains. And they are charging extra money for late checkout. But for me i check in at 9. 00pm and checkout and next day 6. Pm for that they charge 50aed. And mainly they didn't provide washroom matt in-front of the washroom, also no assistance for check in.

about hotel if you order online food then fod delivery team they can't deliver food to the room that's because hotel don't allow

Room was big and clean. I had 2 night stay. Staff was very friendly especially front office and room service.
