Worst Hotel Experience – Rude Staff and Hidden Charges

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I booked my room online under my name, but when I arrived the receptionist demanded an extra 200 AED without giving me any valid reason. When I asked to see the manager, she said he was in his home country and I could only speak to him after he returned, which is unacceptable. Even after showing my booking confirmation, she refused to check it. Only after I made a complaint did she finally give me the room. The hotel didn’t even provide one bottle of water, which should be a basic service. When I checked out, the receptionist told me rudely not to come back This was extremely unprofessional. Hidden charges, no hospitality, – I strongly advise avoiding this hotel until they improve their service and respect customers.

Mattress and pillows are terrible and wash utilities are old bath tub are crack and very poor hygiene and even at the checkout time they demand extra
