The reception, house keeping staff were good but there was a very rude and idiot lady at the restaurant for breakfast. Pathetic behaviour and treated us very bad

Good stay but I won’t recommend to add breakfast in the staff if you r an Indian . Quiet expensive for an omelette and toast.

The staff at the hotel was very arrogant asking me to leave my table while there were other guests waiting. I told him they I will finish my coffee in 2 mind and leave but he still asked me to leave the table. The housekeeping reception and room service phones were never answered I had to call each one of them at least 3 times to ask for any service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Everything was OK. I am a regular customer. But I booked king suit with king bed and I received deluxe room with twin single bed. But all other facilities are OK. The issue is not with the Hotel. The issue is with the MMT team. Because they used another 3rd party vendor to book room and they selected this downgraded room.

It was an amazing stay at the hotel. the staff at the front desk were really friendly and upgraded my booked room for free. Would definitely come back and recommend others to have a good at it.
