I along with my family recently stayed at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel for three nights, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and serene atmosphere made me feel welcome. The The Retreat Palm Jumeirah Dubai M Gallery by Sofitel’s location on Palm Jumeirah offers stunning views, and the private beach is perfect for relaxation. My room was spacious, elegantly designed, and had a breathtaking sea view. The wellness-focused amenities were a highlight—spa treatments, a fully-equipped gym, and healthy dining options made my stay rejuvenating. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met. If you're looking for a luxurious yet peaceful getaway in Dubai, highly recommend The Retreat Palm.

The stay was excellent, great customer service, no alcohol allowed or served as it is a place for retreat, i found this very catchy as people can do a good detox. The afternoon tea platter could be ordered based on diet like keto, paleo, that was impressive, loved the desserts and mini sandwiches they provided. In love with this place, the staffs are excellent. Special kudos to nasser, he is great and amazing customer service. The duty manager is also amazing. They have pool based excercise, yoga and stretching sessions too.

The retreat palm is the best for the buck in the palm area. You have beach access with pods if you want to experience indoors in the beachside. They have amazing pool with a view of the palm jumeirah beach area. You can food in the pool as they have a serving area there. They have lot of activities such to make you relax your mind and enjoy your stay like personal training, cycling, water sports. There is something for everyone in this resort

Wonderful stay at the Palm Retreat. Has a very nice beach and pool area. Good for families with kids. Special mention for Abdul Fateh and Sujan, the restaurant manager and Sauna attendant for going out of their way to help with our requests. Though the menu had limited vegetarian options, the chefs were kind to prepare veg food for us. Rooms are decently sized with a balcony. Doesn’t serve liquor but you can get yours from outside.

Food was excellent for non vegetarian but very limited options for vegetarian. We were happy with our room as we got a free upgrade to suite which was comfortable, excellent views of the beach and atlantis and very spacious. Overall stay and service was pleasant

The property's location is beautiful. (near atlantis. They have private beach access. Amazing view from the room balcony. Staff is polite and helpful. I would like to mention ms. Lavina from the front desk who upgraded our stay as we were newly married.

Good stay. Very peaceful property with a relaxing ambience. The view of the infinity pool followed by the beach and the view of all the landmarks like dubai wheel, burj al arab, atlantis etc. Is amazing. Very hospitable staff.
