Amazing experience, everything was great and the customer service so polite and clean rooms I recommend this hotel

It’s a very nice hotel with good services from the staff and the room too big and quiet room with nice swimming pool

It's a beautiful property with good service and food quality needs to be made better as the breakfast was average. But overall it's a beautiful property and good place to be.

All the amenities are great, the pool is amazing, we have sumptuous breakfast, big rooms and the guy in the reception maher did his best to accommodate us and chose the best room for us. Yet there is one incident that made me upset on Sunday june 6 @ around 11 am, i went to the reception to ask for late check out. I was talking to the same guy and ask for late check out and then there was this one man on the corner of the reception overheard our conversation, he suddenly interrupted and talked in a loud voice saying “NO late check OUT, until 12 only” I was shocked and furious of how he responded so rudely and loudly not in a way he is expected to talk to the customer. In the first place i am not even talking to him. If its not allowed he can talk in a nice way, He just shouted from the other corner in a rude manner. This man needs proper training on how to deal with customer nicely. He made our experience so bad. I went back to our room and so furious, then my husband went back to ask for late check out. He agreed. Honestly i went home with an angry heart and bad mood the whole time. I hope that the management will focus in providing their staff to be fair and to be friendly with customers. That man i hated him as if he owns the hotel and he is very rude. Next time i hope he will be more polite and respectful. I forget to get his name coz i cant bear to see his face anymore and i cant tolerate such type of behavior!

The location is very good with a nice private beach access. The stay, food and amenities were excellent and will recommend to my friends

Everything was excellent and Ahmed at the reception made everything better for us. The hotel is highly recommended if you are looking for a luxury stay with the sea view.

Worthy for stay to relax and to enjoy and the delicious food with a lot of variation. Everything was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. A special thanks to rona at the reception she went above and beyond to make my family stay comfortable. Thank you al bahar hotel & resort we really had a great time.

Everything was amazing

Excellent hotel with beautiful view. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay along with big spread of continental, Italian & Indian breakfast. Superb job by staff & management

Property is nice and maintained. However, we booked two rooms, which were assigned the same floor but 310 and 322. When I asked the booking desk, they said we are fully booked and can not give nearby. However, when we checked in and saw that the maximum rooms were empty and there was no occupancy. They just want to charge an extra amount for room change and facing towards swimming pootheyf The property is not booked and should give preference to customers staying in the property. Also, there is very little activity in the hotel. It is not recommended to go with kids.

The breakfast is good and they have a good customer service! lovation is good it is near to umbrella beach. The room is big, we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to go with your family and friends. The pool is lovely and beach is also good. If you have a seaside facing room, the view is simply stunning. Overall the stay was amazing!

Night 11.45 pm manager came to my room and told me to control the kids. Because sound is coming , other clients are shouting and 6 rooms are ready to vocate bcz of the noise. They reality is their room are constructed in a bad way so the sound are coming out easily

It wasn’t good stay and i have book a room for 2 adults and a baby and they did not give a baby crib in addition to that the response was very poor

Took long time to make check in took more than half hour on que. Staff were friendly, especially the person who checked in mr. Essaam we stayed in interconnecting room, both rooms kettle & refrigerator was not functional. Design is very old and the furniture too. Peak time getting a lift is another time consuming area. Pool timings are really short compare to their check in time. 3pm check in and pool closes at 6pm. Which is really unfair basically a family will get on 1 hour 30 minutes in a pool or beach who are with kids

Amazing place to enjoy your vacation, would recommend it for any one ( beach is amazing also its near the pool )

They kept only 2 small bottles of water in the room for 4 people, and when we asked for more water bottles, they said it was chargeable.
