Location was good, clean pools. Calm and quite location. Inside room there was only 2 small bottle of water but when we called the room service they provided more free water bottles which we liked. Overall the staff named suni was very kind and helpful and get us through the property and showed us the premises. Room is clean but down the table there was dirt and inside the bathroom the dental kit box was there but inside it was empty. Overall the experience was good only

Stay was ok. But we have booked a particular room, at reception we were offered a change and got upgraded. But we didn’t know the upgraded room would be that far to talk and couldn’t access major spots. We were not happy with the room because it was far

The property is in an excellent location with amazing views and spacious rooms. The food is tasty. The staff is friendly, but the service is not so prompt. Some of our requests were never fulfilled. But overall it’s a good place to be

We enjoyed our staycation. Only issue we faced is very less option for vegetarian. No desert without eggs. Otherwise all good. Nice location with private beach. If you are going go with all inclusive plan and enjoy unlimited drink and food in beach and hotel

Overall the stay was okay. We enjoyed. The view and pool were good. But there were a lot of annoying things. 1. Not enough pool towels available. We had to walk 10mins to the other side of the property on both days to get them as they had run out at the place near our pool. They should at least have it sent over. 2. The access keys were a nightmare, we had to try multiple times whenever entering our room and were locked outside for 15-20mins twice until they could send someone. 3. There’s no way to control the ac in the room. Kept waking up at night feeling hot. 4. There is no bar at the adult pool. There is a spot for it but it is not active. 5. The fridge in the room didn’t work properly and our food got spoiled.

The staff was very welcoming, and the the room was super. The stay was great, but for the amount paid for 1 night, i expected a more luxurious experience. The valet drivers could be more professional: as i waited around 15 mins for my car and i was the only person in line. The valet clerks waited for the golf cart to drop guests, come back to pick him up, then drop him to my car.

The location of the property is too beautiful and the service provided by the hotel staff was excellent.

It was an amazing family stay, we have enjoyed the pools water and the beach was so clear and sunny, amazing family stay

Martin was the 1st person we encountered when parked, irrespective of the temperature outside the warm smile and supporting words we got made us believe we choose the right place.😇 Reception was a bit crowded by the ladies on the counter who were trying their best to give the best customer experience😊 Sameh escorted us to our room with his guidance on the things that we could enjoy. Aman, the lady who answers the calls every time with her warm voice to ensure our queries are met, is doing a great job. Overall, it is a great place to spend time with family and friends. Peacefully waters all around. Great view from rooms. awesomeness 👌 Thanks team😇😊

Food is very good and diverse location is good and calm swimming pools are clean and neet however the beach is not much swimming friendly
