OYO 137 Clifton International Hotel

booked a room for 4 ( 2 kids + 2 adults). they gave us a room with one bed and said that they don't have any baby cribs, extra beds. they provided one more pillow and blanket. 4 of us slept on 1 bed, it was awful. The food is also terrible, they provided the cheapest coffee, from a plastic bag. Children didn't eat anything, food doesn't look fresh and smells strange. It is also very very poor. there is also an Indian night club and it disturbed even on the 8th floor. Room is very poor and dirty, furnishing is super old. They provided only 1 towel for 4 people. Do not recommend and definitely will never come back.

diagusting , disgusting , disgusting. i checked in at night around 9 pm. at 10 pm. i took my stuff and left, informed reception that im leaving and gave them key and left. bed is full of men and women sexual liquids. full of women and men hair. rooms are so outdated and smelly. sexual activities all around the hotel. i didnt feel safe. i cant even lock my room because no lock. the room they gave me was a big 2bhk suite. with all rooms locked which didnt make me feel safe to even see whats inside this rooms. i wasted my money and didnt even stay

It was a good experience. 8/10

Location is easily accessible, regarding room it was clean, but no carpet out of washroom and toiletries were not provided like brush or toothpaste. Though kettle and coffee powder was provided no tea bags, spoon or cups were there. Ac switch should be moved in an adjustment for it to work properly. Price reasonable staffs were all well mannered, cooperative and friendly.

Washroom flush tap was broken and there was no ac remote woven was not available to make the food heat.

Good location, front desk service very good, location is also nice. However, tvs and channels not up to date.

I stayed for one night, no mat and average cleaned room, spacious room. No bath floor mat or no floor mat

Average staff performance there should be one more lift for maintenance. Poor food taste $ service.

The hotel is not good for families, there is night club in the ground floor which creates more trouble with drunkers, also the lift will be always full with them we need to wait in front of the night club. The staff are excellent they had supported when they found we are uncomfortable.

Not clean& even tissue also not available not good for any one who keep clean.

Location is good. Room service and neatness of room i give 2 star. Washroom was badly maintained. Even i got used sanitary pad in the waste basket which was there. At-least they could have removed all the waste.
