It's very good experience. The ambience of the hotel is very excellent. Actually we take the Roman see you the view from the balcony hits amazing at the evening time and morning. Time. Wow great grateful I got too much and that pool is very neat and clean and the behaviour of the stops of the staff, that is amazing.

The food is so bad but the pool and beach were nice, but staff are so rude. We asked for bathrobes they said we have to pay 100aed

My experience in the hotel was excellent and everything was comfortable from the room to the service to the food especially the sea view from the room the view was enchanting with the sound of the waves and the shape of the swimming pool was a very beautiful experience.

We came earlier around 2:00pm which is quite too early to check in.They accomodated us, but it was late check in almost 3:30 pm we went inside in our room. They even prioritize to give rooms to other people who happen to come after us! After telling us after 1 1/2 hour that lit room is ready the manager told us to give is free iftar on the night of oir check out day which is impossible as we need to leave before that! Even the way houseekeeping staff did not cleaned the room and what they did was only to change the beddings. We will never return on this hotel again! I can only conpliment the beach staff “sajid” for accomodating and giving effort ti give us chairs and umbrella on our stay on the beach

The room was amazing with great view, it was very clean and equipped with all our needs. On the check in when i told the reception that it was my mom's birthday i was surprised that at the evening they sent me a birthday cake which was very thoughtful.

Location was good, breakfast at al meena restaurant had multiple options. pool was fine however jacuzzi water was too hot. Pool temperatures are not much maintained. Some room and hotel facilities were old.

The only thing that i would say is that they should clean the ac. The rest all was fine

I have one comment on the bathroom. The water comes out of the washing area to outside the bathing area, which causes the water to come out of the bathroom. There is a solution to this by installing a sliding glass door for the bathroom. This is my opinion on this, and I respect you very much.

Location is superb, food could be better, facilities and amenities are really good

Enjoyed our stay by all means, nice swimming pool with beach access and good food that could be a little bit better.

Good time, staff friendly, breakfast good, dinner poor, good cleaning, they should see about rate and reduce

Everything was okay but I faced problems with the stuff who made to me the check in He was so bad in his hospitality his name was baseet I’m arrives late my kids want to sleep He was asking me many questions about my book I give him book number he tel me you have sent on watsapp 🫣and he wanted to charge me to my kids I have 3 kids all under 8 years. And me 1 adults. By mistake I booked 2 adults without my kids and he was calling me to my room in all the night until I made the line busy That’s what makes me sad in my staying

The room was terrible and bathroom is very very old and bathtub had yellow stains, the towels had stains as well and water kept leaking from the sink. The balcony had small openings on the side and my baby could have fallen from them (2 years old. Morning breakfast didn’t have enough seating space and we had to wait to get a table, they should make it enough for the number of people staying. Ac wasnt working well the room was too hot. The worst hotel i’ve ever been to and totally not worth the price it should be a maximum 200 dhs

Stay was nice but they should also serve indian food, local taxis are available easily out side the property.

- no prayer mat was provided. - there was fly in the room. - balcony was not as expected(it opened on roof) - no soap was provided in the toilet. - toilet doesn’t have shattaf. - shower set is not proper. I hit my hand while taking a shower due to not properly installed.
