Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai

The hotel stay was awesome . i felt like i am on vacation . not like other hotel park regis that was strict Boarding school type. This hotel is far from city only way to ho is taxi so bit costly. If you plan to stay in this hotel then stay inside and have fun . Hotel is very good . very good for families with kids . They have everything thata kids need for fun. Only issue is their menu only have few means 1-2 veg items . but you can always order on online food delivery app. they have no problem in that . overall this hotel was quite fun.

I stayed for 2 nights and wished it was more. wonderful beach side property and a lot of area.. made for families and kids will enjoy all the facilities they have.. u need to have atleast 3 nights to explore the resort beach and water activities. 5 different type of pools and a water park in a resort is a big luxury!!! My kids loved it ! its a well maintained property and rooms have bunk beds for kids . Excellent spread of breakfast in two different restaurants and a family lounge for kids to play and have breakfast.. gaming zone.. camp safari area all were wonderful and Hoping to stay again

It was a great stay with my family, amazing amenities for kids and adults, superb services! Just wanna share a story, my daughter lost her precious toy and wasnt found until we checked out, i tried to reach them through email taking my chamce that it might be found, without fail the hotel reached back to me after few days telling that her toy was been found!😃 i was so amazed with their dedication on creating customer for life and ensure every guest had an unforgetable experience! Kudos Centara Mirage Hotel! And thank you for the effort given ❤️❤️❤️we will definitely book again!

horrible hotel, very difficult to get jain food and too much time consuming for check in. not recommend

It was very crowded as it was a public holiday. The entire process of checking in and reaching room almost took two hours due to traffic congestion near the entry and queue at the reception.Though multiple venues for breakfast and water activities.Breakfast venues were full and timings were not extended considering the crowd. The pool facilities were also crowded .

The food was absolutely delicious, and the amenities were excellent. Overall, it was one of the best resort experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

A really fantastic venue for children and families, the hospitality is second to none. The kids club is great, with lots of activities. The hotel is clean and there are many good food options. We will be revisting.

Centara needs to improve a lot on basics of hospitality. For example how they are welcoming the guests / room service / training the staff to be more attentive towards guests etc.

Amazing experience. Kids enjoyed a lot. Property allows guests to use amenities from the morning before check-in time of 3pm. Also it allows to use same till 6pm even after checkout. In this way, we get 2 days to spend at property with 1 night booking. Staffs were good. Rooms are hygiene. Breakfast had so many varieties. Even it allows you to use family lounge at 3pm.

Facility wise it was superb, food was more of western with less option for indian food for room dining with hardly anything for veg but we had breakfast only and that had some options location is also good overall a very good resort with humble staff but only thing is the room service, you have to ask basic things also, which is generally given in other places of such type
