Great hotel, great chef, terrible tour desk

Great location, facilities. We met this person Mr Jose, chef, who made all The difference for our stay in this Hilton Dubai The Walk. He was very attentive, listened to our request with utmost care and with a heart to give his best. If you stay here, don't forget to meet him once at least. On The contrary, we met a person in tour desk on 14 dec Around 3PM, and she is The kind of person you shouldn't meet especially when you go to a country and looking for help and suggestion. She showed absolute disinterest to our query on certain tourist attractions. She was busy in her phone, and we felt humiliated standing in front with our small kid. This was not expected from Hilton standards. Thereafter I went myself to marina and booked my cruise. Except that terrible experience, everything was fantastic about this Hilton Dubai The Walk.

We had a suite room booked for 3 adults, and they gave us an upgrade to a 2BHK luxury apartment...though we had to wait 3 hours for it. The room was fantastic with an amazing view of the lake. Housekeeping was good. The location of the Hilton Dubai The Walk is perfect. Overall a good experience

Pros- good breakfast area , nice room, good views if u get it, thats it. Con’s- below average lobby, just one bottle of water in room, no dental kit( its on demand 🤔), 500 Aed security deposit for mini bar🤪. Just becz they don’t trust ...so its a situational staycation..
