Hilton Dubai The Walk

We had a suite room booked for 3 adults, and they gave us an upgrade to a 2BHK luxury apartment...though we had to wait 3 hours for it. The room was fantastic with an amazing view of the lake. Housekeeping was good. The location of the hotel is perfect. Overall a good experience

Hotel location is to good & staff at reception are helping easy accessible to beach enjoyed alot at hilton the walk

Hilton The Walk offers excellent rooms and services with a perfect location at JBR with easy access to the beach and shopping area.

Terrible They didnot serve us any meal when our plan said AP plan.They told us clearly make my trip has fooled you and also tried to charge us for breakfast when we did not even take it . The security charged amount and not refunded back.Not happy as was cheated by the travel partner make my trip and hotel.

The service was brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful made a stay comfortable like a home away from home will surely visit again

We were very impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. However, we found the reception and lobby areas to be a bit cramped. Overall, it was a great experience.

Pros- good breakfast area , nice room, good views if u get it, thats it. Con’s- below average lobby, just one bottle of water in room, no dental kit( its on demand 🤔), 500 Aed security deposit for mini bar🤪. Just becz they don’t trust ...so its a situational staycation..

Hotel staff didn’t clean the room in time for 2 days. I need to ask every time. While checking out, reception didn’t unblock the credit card deposit until i told them to do so. Very lazy and casual attitude towards customers. It is unbelievable that hilt-on hotel is doing like this.

Location is wonderful. Food was great. Excellent service big and spacious room

The door bell was used by the staff many times a day, mini bar count everyday, just staff asking random things all the time and ringing the door bell, i had a baby sleeping, the reception staff are very nice and welcoming, the confusion between the 2 hilton holtels was disappointing because we thought it's one hotel since the location is the same and we ended up in a closed room instead of a room looking out to the beach with balcony but over all our stay was great in dubai, thank you

Everything is good and we enjoyed alot

I have stayed many times at this hotel in the last decade or more but the Tower B or what they call Hilton The Walk is an old apartment building hotel which has nice staff but the property needs total renovation/complete overhaul

The hotel took a deposit amount of aed 500 and said it would be credited to my account within 12 hrs after check out. Its more than three days still not credited. Am still requesting the hotel to credit.

Had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the property and hospitality

Great location, facilities. We met this person Mr Jose, chef, who made all The difference for our stay in this hotel. He was very attentive, listened to our request with utmost care and with a heart to give his best. If you stay here, don't forget to meet him once at least. On The contrary, we met a person in tour desk on 14 dec Around 3PM, and she is The kind of person you shouldn't meet especially when you go to a country and looking for help and suggestion. She showed absolute disinterest to our query on certain tourist attractions. She was busy in her phone, and we felt humiliated standing in front with our small kid. This was not expected from Hilton standards. Thereafter I went myself to marina and booked my cruise. Except that terrible experience, everything was fantastic about this hotel.

Amazing location. Right in the middle of all the action with great views and amazing connectivity with the best food available just 5 minutes radius.
