it was a very bad experience water was falling in the washroom, A lot of things of daily need were missing from the room which I had to ask later bedsheet and pillow were very dirty there were many spots on it, TV was also now working and staff also did not provide any very good service, sofa was being teased and one most important thing which I found quite bad, I made the full payment in online booking but at the reception they charged me as service tax which I had not paid till I reached any hotel, If you have any service tax then add it in your booking, I visit Dubai hotels every month but this was a very bad experience, After reaching the hotel we were made to wait at the reception for 15 minutes. When we reached there after that they got the room cleaned. If someone has booked then you should get the room cleaned beforehand.

It was pleasant and excellent stay over the 7 days of period. The marina bay view was wonderful.

Stay was comfortable. Only challenge is every tourist spot is far. You have to spend lot in taxi to go anywhere in Bur Dubai

Hotel is good but interior and furniture are old. There are some deep cleaning issue too which needs improvement.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and looking forward to staying in the future

Pleasant The property location is nice and has a marina view. just direct access to Marina Walk from downstairs. The pool is also nice. *The entire hotel staff provided good service from reception Mr Mohammad and Room service cleaning boys all courteous and helpful. Mr. Musahath very helpful person and provided really good service. Mr Salim also provided nice service. *24*7 service from staff. *Have a good kitchen with Induction and cookware accessories , fridge, washing machine, Cloth hanging racks, Good balcony Unpleasant: * The hotel rooms required maintenance, * Hot water not available continuously in their Heater Geyser . once you use hot water for 10 min then you have to wait for the next 30 min to get hot water in Tap, Shower etc. If they fix this issue then the property is in a great location, overall Good time with Family. would suggest to include some more Vegetarian Items like Good Morning Tea, Veg Fried Rice, Bread butter Jam Toast, Hot choclate for kida in their Restaurant menu for Vegan people. Also note: Travel Agent Mr Javed at Hotel Travel Desk booked Desert safari but we had bad experience, Driver behaviour was not encouraging , he was in hurry to complete the desert safari and done in 4 min instead of 30 min committed. if you go there avoid going with the driver name

I really enjoyed signature Hotel Marina the reception was so welcoming for my first wake in I really enjoyed the views with the room and swimming pool and I didn’t not find any problem with my stay 🥰🙏🙏

Wonderful stay with lovely people, the staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Mr. Mohammed at the reception a wonderful person and very friendly.

Room was totally different as per mentioned. Even i was apologised at reception, for not providing the same room by the hotel when i asked. The hotel staff was quite cooperative but due to non availability of room they were helpless, but pathetic service even after 3 days of my unwanted stay, that ruined my family trip at dubai.

Room furnish and renovation would be suggested, and furniture placement alway from acces way to balcony

Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful especially nazreen and mohammad on reception. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

It overall ok. Nazreen at the reception was very friendly and warm. We came for my birthday celebration and didn’t receive the cake as promised by the receptionist. Tv was not working.

The property was very beautiful and at prime location the amentities pool and everything was really good

The hotel is ok but the services responses take little more time. The reception lady nazreen is very helpful lady and friendly.

The guest service was good and the staff was helpful. The room was 1 bedroom apartments which was well maintained with the facilities and the kitchen was equipped with all the equipment.

A bit run down. Clean but needs more attention to housekeeping (only 1 towel, had to ask for second towel, only one glass, asked for second glass) breakfast very good.
