Raha Grand Hotel

Had a terrible experience during my stay. The service was poor, the amenities didn’t meet expectations, and the overall experience is disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend this place. not even MakeMyTrip seemed bothered to help or resolve my issue. Very disappointing overall.

Worst , unhygienic place , waste of money completely opposite what is shown in pictures,damaged room

Property is in quite place near by bus stop and metro .Staff is helpful.i have stayed here quite a few times its very good experience

room was ok, AC very noisy, as per booking details have free drink during the day but hotel said it was offer and finished but agency didn't update on there system plus F&B discount as well no ablicable any more.

it was a very pathetic stay in Raha hotel. nobody knows the hotel first thing. secondly there is not privacy in staying because the people who stay other room can hear wt we do and vise versa. in my entire life I never been to this kind of hotel. and the room is very poor also. there is a door inside the room if we open that will be entering the other room. so pathetic.

It was a wonderful experience that I had all over there and there was everything whatever you need. I love it.

Location is good as near to metro. No amenity as such, just a room cleaned everyday with near and clean linen. Including breakfast was a waste and there was only Aloo sabji and unchewable parota everyday. Also very hot water coming on the both side of the tap, it seemed to be coming directly from the geyser and was too hot to take bath. When complained about it they said there is only hot rather than fixing the problem. This was surprising as this is a basic need and unexpected from a hotel.

The location was ideal, close to many attractions and restaurants. We would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay."

I had a pleasant stay overall. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to small details. it would be even better if check-in could be a bit smoother and the breakfast options slightly more varied. Still, a solid experience and I’d consider returning.

Not a very pleasant stay. Staff was not very friendly and professional. No nearby shops. Not a favourable atmosphere with family. Room choice was not given. Bread and parota provided in breakfast was stale. It was hard to chew and crumbly to eat. Omelette has oil dripping from it.

Firstly we cannot control AC low or high in the room, there is no wifi range in the bedroom, we have to catch the phone to the door to have good signal, basic table top needs like water, tissue, coffee mugs, kettle were not kept initially. we have to open windows to control AC. We have to ask for everything.

Great experience there on reception gentleman treated well rooms are neat and clean not any disturbing environment

The hotel has nice, modern rooms, but small issues affected my stay. The pillow smelled bad, I saw cockroaches and even a worm from the drain. Shower fixtures were rusty too. These may be due to poor management or lack of experience. If the team improves hygiene and follows hospitality standards properly, this place has real potential to be excellent.

Room not cleaning all days and there not providing any kind of room accessery’s in this hotel and not working hairdryer and some day thea cleaning room and not provideing toilet kit and tea kit thea not provideing water compressorly !
