A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service

From the moment we arrived, the friendly front desk staff "Su" made us feel welcome and ensured a smooth check-in process. Their thoughtful gesture of providing a complimentary upgrade truly made a difference, giving our family the comfort and space we needed. Privacy was well respected throughout our stay, adding to the overall relaxation. The DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M square Hotel & Residences’s location is excellent—just a short walk from nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy different tastes. The staff at the dining area were attentive and made sure we had a comfortable seating arrangement. However, while most of the breakfast selection was delicious, the Indian section could use significant improvement, as several dishes lacked authentic flavor. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, great amenities, and a prime location made this an enjoyable experience.Looking forward to returning in the future!

Very best DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M square Hotel & Residences, if you are staying in bur dubai. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Special thanks to the front desk staff and restaurant staff for their warm hospitality and for going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. It's rare to find such genuine service, and it truly made a difference.
