The room was good, clean and newly built. Services were good. The staff at the front desk in the morning shift was very rude and ruined the initial experience for us at the Residence Inn by Marriott Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. We asked for a room with a view and he gave us the worst possible view room with parking infront, even though other rooms were available. He also gave us a smoking room while we had asked for a non smoking room and later asked us to shift and kept calling us continuously. They were also making fun of the people at the reception. The receptionist was and other one was his seniorThis was not expected at a marriott Residence Inn by Marriott Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai and that too in a cosmopolitan city.

Location is very good. Just few meters away from Financial District metro station right in Sheikh Zayed Road. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities. Breakfast menu can be improved. Overall good stay.
