PARK REGIS - Near Burj Khalifa

Location and food is excellent but service is very slow, even for small needs you have to give reminders. Food and location was good but the service was very slow. Often gave them reminders to get small things.

It was a neat and clean stay. Spacious rooms . Good staff.

The place was not very clean. Not 4 star worthy. The carpets were not clean and we had to request multiple times for cleanup

Very poor services and uncooperative staff. The moment i entered i got a feeling of negativity and no warmth from staff. Water logging issues in room both stupid explanation

Pathetic Hospitality. The hotel loves to say “NO” to almost everything. Almost zero courtesy and warmth. The only good this is location and views from the rooms. There was an issue in the room category as we booked a deluxe room but their system was showing a standard room, this hotel was not very pro active, Although MMT issued a refund with difference of amount for the room category but the coordination was non stop and this is completely unnecessary on a holiday. The standard room floor was soaking wet when we came in evening and I immediately called reception they sent the maintenance team which came and told me if you do not turn in the ac at 18 deg the floor would be soaking due to humidity which is completely not acceptable. The issue was with their air conditioning, grills etc. The only bad thing about the trip was this hotel and rest trip was awesome.

I went to reception on 01Aug25 around 8pm, and there is this receptionist guy thats very unhygienic eating his gum, and touched it in front of me. Very disgusting.

The hotel is at the heart of business bay and provides easy access to dubai mall, burj khalifa and falls in the middle of the key attractions in dubai. The stay was excellent. Well maintained rooms and amenities. The breakfast spread was not lavish but the options were good and caters to the taste of international guests

Very plesant stay at Park Regis. Nice comfy room and good food in breakfast. Location: easy to reach from Airport and Dubai mall. Amenties are good. Staff is very professional and helpful, great service.
