The view from the our room was beautiful with a small river flowing by. The staff of the PARK REGIS - Near Burj Khalifa was very helpful and polite. The overall hygiene and safety of the PARK REGIS - Near Burj Khalifa was great with supermarket accessibility with just few steps away. The connectivity to the metro station from the PARK REGIS - Near Burj Khalifa was just 10 min walk and locality was at the center point with dubai mall and burj khalifa with just 5 min away in car. Our experience was great and will definitely recommend this property.

Excellent location close to the CBD and all attractions. The metro is a stone's throw away and the location is very mainstream and hence hailing a cab is very easy. The rooms are large and spacious and the service is excellent from the staff. The breakfast too was very good with all the necessary items and then some.

We had a very good stay at park regis. The property is in the centre of the city that makes it easier to access any part of dubai. Md zaheer was really helpful and so was the rest of the staff. Though there is scope of improvement in vegetarian food options esp for breakfast.

Property is centrally located. It's close to the metro too. There s a supermarket right next door. Food was good. Staff were really helpful. Ask for a room in a non smoking floor if you prefer non smoking rooms. Overall stay was good.
