Property was amaizing had a good time. breakfast was better than the dinner. for all the Sri lankans, it will feel home as many staff membrs are from SL. highly recommend.Hotel was well maintained and very neat.

I would give them a zero star if there was an option. Pathetic service, I paid for a room I did not use and the hotel is denying the refund and making illogical reasons. Bad smell, sink not working, stained carpets and sofas and cigrattes on the balcony, wear and tear on the furniture. The room is not even close to 2 stars. The manager spoke so rudely to me, firstly they spoiled my day I travelled 2.5 hrs to stay and got this pathetic room and I checkout out immediately and instead of being polite with the customer the manager was shouting and not letting me talk.

Loved the hotel however they need to call pest control for all areas including swimming pool, parking area and balcony

I had a fantastic stay at Danat, Al Ain Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were excellent and added to the experience. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Al Ain. I’d definitely stay here again! 🫶

I loved the stay at the resort. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, with spacious interiors that made the experience even more enjoyable. The resort in al ain is fantastic, offering great swimming pools and excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly kind, adding to the overall positive experience.

Celebrated my birthday in their hotel for a 2-night staycation. Loved the room and the amenities that they have in the hotel. I tried their sauna, steam room and swam in their pool. The food was also delicious and they offer a veriety of cuisine from indian, arabic and italian food. Over all, i enjoyed my stay and will recommend it to friends and colleagues. Over all perfect. All the services were good, highly recommended resort in al ain. The price was very reasonable also

The place is fantastic for families, and what distinguishes the hotel is the swimming pool, which is beautiful, fantastic, and a perfect addition to the summer vacation at Danat Fanan.

Did not meet our expectationsbeing a 5 star hotel. Old design, old tv, old carpets. Need for improvement. To be fair, breakfast is good. Lots of options. 😊

The hotel was beautiful and i really liked the pool and food the stadium, food and staff i would rate it a nine out of ten

Due to flood every facility is under maintenance and makemy trip did not showed this information during reservation

Bad response bathroom and room and outside corridor filling by water due to leaking in our bed bathroom and delay in coming room service or maintenance team

Resort is good, specially pool and garden. Better to reach early for check in during public holidays. Staff is good and rooms are clean.

My stay was business and very short. I didn't have much time to explore the resort. I will definitely visit again for a staycation with family. The pool area looks great. One thing i didn't like is the limited choice of tv channels which is mostly arabic. Some english osn family channels and sport channels would add some variety and options.
