The complimentary birthday cake you surprised me that comes with the letter on it. It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that made my celebration even more special. The staff (April, Melissa, all the staff in front desk and HK) were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hotel's location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the city. I'm so grateful for the exceptional service and hospitality I received during our stay. If you're looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests, look no further than Ayla Hotel. When we arrived to the hotel they told us that breakfast is bot included even though i booked the one with the breakfast. They kept arguing saying that we should not have used a third party app even though i used it so many times with other hotels and no issues. The room and breakfast were good
